Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Aroms Farm Graduate Training Is Fraud by AromsFarms(m): 7:57pm On Mar 27, 2016
Good day all,

As promised, I will publish the details of Blessing Omotosho’s activities at Aroms Farms. But first, to all the critics, I would say;
1 - Nobody was forced to come to Aroms Farms to apply for a trainee program.
2 - Nobody was forced to write application for a job and nobody was forced to accept the job offer.
3 - In fact, nobody was forced to come to work. Blessing Omotosho did all these without duress.

In the job ad placed online, people were given full conditions of the program, that they will not be paid salary when on training. However, after the first sets of students came in, including Blessing Omotosho, we decided as act of kindness to provide them a stipend of between N12,000N15,000 per month to enable them commute to farm, the aforementioned stipend was broken down to enable them have access to it on weekly basis. Besides, in December 2015, every of the trainees was given additional N5,000.

Where in Nigeria today do you have a FARM that gives free training and gives a ‘WEEKLY’ stipend to you so you could attend the training? Then get a job offer after the training that pays a minimum of N47,000 as a starting monthly payment. I challenge anyone in this forum to show me such place and when it is confirmed, I will send you a CHEQUE of N50,000. No questions asked.

Let’s call a spade a spade! Blessing Omotosho answered our ads and applied for the trainee program willingly when he knew money will not be paid during the training period. He was however provided a stipend but still not grateful. Blessing Omotosho completed the training successfully and was happy to receive his certificate, thus he was proud of it (see 1st image below)

Blessing Omotosho was told what the starting salary was. To get more, he would have to prove himself in the next 6 months because the trainee program is a continue program of education to train people to become Managers in various department in the farm with potential of over N150,000 pay per month and other benefits in the future.

When Blessing Omotosho came to Aroms Farms he could not answer the following questions:
1. What is the name of the 16 main nutrients a plant needs to survive and produce good yield?
2. If you have a hectare farmland which needs 200kg of Nitrogen fertilizer and you have only NPK 15:15:15 fertilizer of 50kg per bag, how many bags of NPK would you apply? (the answer is not four.)
3. How many litres of water does a single watermelon plant need to produce three sellable balls of watermelon of at least 5kg?
4. What happens when plants like tomatoes are watered from the top of the plant getting the leaves wet constantly?
5. What is the effect of Magnesium sulphate or Boron or Phosphorous deficiencies on watermelon?
6. Will seeds germinate in the dark or you need light? Yes, seeds don’t need light to germinate, rather they need moisture and heat. Light comes into play after germination.

I doubt if Blessing still can answer these questions today because he was not paying attention during his training. If you cannot answer these types of questions, you cannot succeed in Agriculture in Nigeria or anywhere else in the world. Agriculture is a science and needs a scientific approach.

This is why I left my comfortable place in Europe and America to come and suffer in Nigeria to teach people like Blessing Omotosho Agriculture in respective of previous educational background.

Blessing Omotosho was provided details of his employment and was told to apply if he accepts the terms. Blessing Omotosho happily applied for the job. See application letter signed by him (see 2nd and 3rd image below).

The company approved the application and offered him a job. Starting salary N480,000 per year plus N90,000 allowance as minimum starting salary. To avoid situation like this, he was asked to countersign the job offer, which he did happily.
Blessing Omotosho officially started work on the 1st of February, 2016 and immediately started making trouble with his colleagues and his subordinates. This prompted me to issue a written warning on WhatsApp to all, warning them if nothing changed in their behaviour, they will be removed from the company.

Below is a written Warning to all (see 4th image below).
There are many other written warnings. We are not even talking about several peace meetings held on the same issue.

Below is everyone apologizing, including Blessing Omotosho. He however, lied that he was never warned (see 5th image below)
Some names have been covered to protect the innocent ones

The internal fight and act of laziness went on.
If anyone wants to spend over 100 Million naira to setup a farm and allow people to be sleeping at work, fighting and not cooperating, let him hire Blessing Omotosho because I learnt he is available at the moment.

In February 2016, Blessing took the entire first week off. Tell me where is the boss that would allow you take your first week off-work free when you should be working yourself into the new job. The condition was he would not be paid for the week he was off because he didn’t work - a condition which he accepted before his free days was approved. At the end of the month, that week pay was deducted from his salary of N47,500. The final amount of N37,604 was paid to him via the Zenith bank (see 6th image below)

From the bank statement. Names of the innocent has been protected. You can see 5 other colleagues of Blessing Omotosho with salary of N47,500. These people worked the entire month. Blessing wants to be paid the same during the same period without doing the work.

First, I thought I would take legal action against him, however, I realised putting the truth online like this is the biggest satisfaction I could get from this debacle.

As long as Nairaland is active, this information will be online, so all future potential employers will be able to see who Blessing Omotosho really is. This was the reason I warned him in my first post to back off just for his own interest.

Find below his:
- Appointment letter (see 7th and 8th image below)
- Employment letter (see 9th image below)
- Acceptance of employment (see 10th image below)

If you want to go on with this type of publication and really want to destroy your carrier future, then go ahead. Be kind to yourself and please back down. Move on with your life, you made a mistake, accept it and learn from it. I am not going to say it again. Maybe one day you can come and apologize and pay for a bottle of wine.
Have a nice day.

Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Aroms Farm Graduate Training Is Fraud by AromsFarms(m): 10:06pm On Mar 23, 2016
Mr Blessing Omotosho was indeed selected from 180 candidates who applied for Aroms Farms Training Program in Aroms Farms. Contrary to the story of Blessing Omotosho, we only selected 12 persons out of the 180 who applied. From the 12 persons selected, 4 stopped showing up for the program halve way while only 8 showed up to the end. All those who made it to the end, including Blessing Omotosho were offered jobs with a starting salary of N47,000.

Fortunately, the picture Blessing Omotosho showed in his post to convene his message that they were asked to do manual labour happens to be our advanced plantain propagation training program which is normally sold for N120,000 to the general public. This training was offered to him free of charge doing his stay at Aroms Farms.

Blessing Omotosho was fired after serving for one month at Aroms Farms because of unwillingness to work and constant fighting with his co workers which the company didn’t want to tolerate anymore despite several appeal to him and a written warning.

I would like to appeal to Blessing Omotoso to withdraw his baseless accusations and go on with his life. Failure to do so Aroms Farms will publish tomorrow the following scanned documents.

1. Blessings Omotosho’s Letter of appointment with offer of N47,000 with his signature under it. This will prove that he was not offered N30,000 as he claimed.

2. Warning letter to him to show his pattern of insubordination that got him fired.

3. Video testimonies of the same Blessing Omotosho praising Aroms Farms at the completion of his training program.

4. Letter of termination.

5. Proof that his salary was fully paid to him. A screenshot of Zenith bank account payment to him.

This will all prove that he is fabricating these stories because he was demised for reasons stated in his letter of termination. All this will come back to hunt him when looking for a job in the future. Therefore, I appeal to Blessing Omotosho to withdraw this basic accusations and delete this post within the next 24 hours.

Finally, If these baseless accusation is not withdrawn, Aroms Forms will take legal action against him for deformation of character.

Arom farm graduate training is fraud, they will invite you and tell you they will train you for two month which is a great lie,you will start manual work from your first day you resume without telling you what they want to pay after two month of hard labour, you will be digging, weeding and other manual work for complete two month, after two month they will promise to pay you 30,000naira or you leave, even if you agree to stay after one month they will lay you off and invite another graduate to do the manual labour for another two month to use and drop, that is their system, noting like management, they don't have any produce, they are complete failure because the owner don't listen to professional advise, bad land with bad management.
