Hello all, I am an Opay user and have used their services for about 6 months now without issues.
About two weeks ago, after successfully transferring fund to my cooperative society, I got a notification that my account had been restricted.
I have called/chatted severally and even visited their service center where a ticket ID was created for me. I have also written to their anti-fraud unit, providing source and purpose of the transfer, yet my account remains frozen.

Who's experienced such and how did you get to resolve it. I need my trapped fund to complete other business transactions.
