Tried to upgrade my brand new 69X from 1.07 to 1.09AAC cause many of the Infinity Channels had no audio. I downloaded from the site given here to a pen drive and uploaded to the 69X. I didn't want to go straight to 1.20 which I also downloaded. Everything went well (no PHCN wahala) but the front panel just went blank after completing the upload. I have switched it off severally but it only shows ----- and then blanks out. I bought it from a MyTv dealer and think it is original; have I fried it? How do I get it to reboot and work properly? I don't have the R232 cable and only use flash updates (done it before for my 53X). Please HELP!

Am in PH and would be glad if Lov4Sat can help; box to box or using R232.

some of the rs232 cable are not internally connected. you have to do the connection by urself. cut the cable into two, with a multimeter identify the following pins 2,3,5 and the neutral wire which is not coated. Then connect pin2 to pin3 and pin3 to pin2. pin5 to pin5 and neutral to neutral.

Apart from EPL nothing for hithief, and without epl, they are gunner like other cable tv that came, saw and never conquer, u spent a lot of money on winning epl right through bank loan without good content to consumers, u'll definately loose,

this is the pic of the dish. I have a feeling that with a little adjustment and tweaking the the tp 12226 will increase in quality

we were able to hit green on the tp 12226, but it wasn't stable. we got badr and the orbit showtime network on eurobird1@25.5 but we finally settled for nilesat where showsport was 56% around 2pm.the lnb is premium2(quad)

change the lnb type from universal to single at the dish settings sub menu of your receiver

This is a pic of locally made 3.5m dish (pan). I would have posted earlier on but do my exam i couldn.t. The dish was made by a mech Engr graduate from FUTO. The guy picked all the tps in nilesat with mbc@83%, showsport@61%. do not bother about the lnb as the shot was taken when the guy removed the o.5db supemax for him to try another lnb.
