Using dstv position as your guild, all you have to do is lift your dish a little more higher and you are sure to get it. Use this tp 12600 v 3230 0r call this number 08030525771 , for more guidiance if need be.

my gurus i really need ur help.I installed multitv but it's not showing video only audio, plssssss what can I do?how can I make my decoder mpeg4 compatible.I'm using strong 4663X. Thank you sir(s).
Re: E.tv On Mytv Africa! by sathob(m): 6:57pm On Jan 14, 2010
@abuthaoban go get urself strong's 4669X which is mpeg 4 compatible. I think the issue of mpeg 4 here is hardware, u can't make 4663X MPEG 4: NO. u can enjoy crtv,gtv and ltm tv there.

Re: E.tv On Mytv Africa! by sathob(m): 5:00pm On Jan 15, 2010
@Abuthaoban
Even though I do not know your current location in Nigeria, the answer is a gentle no. You may need something arround 1.8m (180cm) dish if u r in the north, and 2.4m - 3.0m if u r in the "middle" or south-south of nigergia. I think season 1,2&3 of the thread has lots of info, espescially on nile and badr - just link up. smiley

Ita a pity that you are just joining the forum now otherwise you have read somewhere that MY tv is upgrading to Mpeg4, this way you would have gone for a '69x.this is the most appealing mode of TX in DVB (In Naija).You would have more to enjoy with the 69x than the 69x. so if possible return it and add just a little money to obtain the 69x.
you can recharge( i know you mean renew your subscription wink) your '63x.
Re: E.tv On Mytv Africa! by joebek21(m): 3:44pm On Jun 02, 2010
freshp so what do u suggest i do and how much does it cost now i mean 69xand wht do i stand to benefit from that reciever
Re: E.tv On Mytv Africa! by freshp(m): 4:00pm On Jun 02, 2010
@joebek
well a lot can be benefited from the 69x since it is receiving on mp4 platform and it is also DVB-S,DVB-S2 compatible.
this means that more channels can be received with the box than the 63x.
in lokoja here it costs 18.5k but i learnt that in lagos it is just 16k.
i will suggest that you quickly take it back to where you got it and add some little money to get the 69x.
Ask the gurus here and you will be told in detail the benefits of the box over the one you have now.
My TV is even advertising that if you return the old one then with 4.5k you will get the 69x but you must have been on a 6 months nonstop subscription.

Also make sure that you are buying from an authorised dealer.
good luck. cheesy
