For some time now , nairaland pets section has been ablaze due to the bobby saxy and young lawya saga, the case got everybody really confused, nobody could detect the fraud and the fraudee, buh today is judgement day.

Now lets start with younglawya
Younglawya claims to be a lawyer and also breed his dogs at his leisure time.
Well , i dunno about the lawyer part though, buh i can guarantee you that younglawya owns 3 dogs, the pups from the litter he was selling to bobby saxy wasn't a fraud, he owns it, he's female dog gave birth to it, i dunno why he'd sell 3 pups for d rate of 350k, but am certain he was not trying defraud bobby saxy, furthermore, he has pictorial evidence, he has screenshots of he and bobby saxy's chat, bobby saxy didn't deny any of those screenshots, which means younglawya was trynna be neutral.

Firstly, there is nothing like a dog farm, what exactly is a dog farm bobby saxy ?...fellow breeders una get dog farm ?
Secondly, bobby saxy says he imports dogs, for those of us that import dogs,there are certain situations to be met before u get a dog into the country, can bobbysaxy bring pictorial proof and explain the means through which he imports.

Which breeder would buy 3 pups that are born in nigeria for 350k, i believe if u are a breeder it doesn't take 2 and 2 to know how much a breed costs,

Several people that had bussiness dealings has testified against bobbysaxy, almost all had negative words for him with one even claiminh he owes him 40k, if younglawya is a fraud atleast one person should testify against him.

From my deductions, younglawya was not trynna defraud bobbysaxy, bobbysaxy is not being honest, i doubt if he has the 350 grand he claims to have, he is just a mere middleman trynna make a little doh from dog biznez, bobby saxy said he was defrauded a certain time ago from a breeder in jos , he claims the fraud extorted 40k from him....hmm....40k for which breed of dog ? Which breeder that has DOG FARMS in ibadan and abuja will and also imports will buy a dog 40k from jos, then why are u a pedigree breeder.

It is obvious there is a lot of bad blood going on in here.....from all I read its a business deal gone bad, the convo didn't get violent showing they had respect for eachother, this is seriously uncalled for.....dear readers if you have ever met a scammer you would attest to the fact that A Scammer would never reply your messages or try making peace after scamming you, bobby still pleaded for tym altho he used the wrong statement at some point, we shouldn't over cloud our judgments based on hatered......bobbysaxxy from what I have read is merely a debtor nd not a scammer....let's make d diffrence clear......nd seriously how many of una never owe money?

You were able to refund the money in less than 24hrs, meaning you have the wherewithal to pay but you refused. You didn't scam him, but you thought you could punish him by holding on to his money for as long as possible. My advice is this: in business you win some and you lose some. Next time don't let it degenerate to this extent before settling your customer because a good name is worth more than silver or gold. Your name has been dragged in the mud because of chicken change 40k.

You should have refunded the money on time and nowo you have paid the price for trying to play smart.

there is one blairsingal dat got a dog called shadow from bobbysaxy, so partially d issue of him not delivering dogs u paid for is out of it, Bobby is not a scammer from my observations, i av never dealt in any transaction with him same way i avent with so many oda nairalanders here which i could vouch for like prodegee knyte, arcbay and some odaz but if anyone says dey are involved in scam, i would just laugh. I have been in dis section for years now and so have bobby i believe cos i think i can remember his first post, i probably wasnt a registerd member den but i saw it. i didnt see him to be a scam and i once recomended him to someone who wanted to get a dog, but as time passed, there were several allegations against him which started to shaken my trust for d guy (me and am never talk b4 oooo) na just observe i dey observe him, i i observed he was always having dogs for sale which seemed strange. when d first allegation came, i assumed its just bad belle and den d oda, and there was one dat bobby nw reacted by caling d person a scammer too, Haba Who does dat? it showed high level of imaturity(sorry to say but its d truth) since he made such allegations, u should have only defended yourself and provide evidence, but instead u just start showing characteristics of an imatured person, blabbing dis and dat, it became a contest btw u and d person like d person wen talk bt each oda scam pass, na him win. after dat incident d trust shakened. i know how hurtfull it is being accused of doing wat u didnt do, u will try to explain but no one would listen cos Nigerians are quick to judge, but how u go about it matters allot. if bobby had a good customer relationship, nobody would come up here to say he is a scam instead, people will defend him, so far, only blairsin gal has done dat. I dont see Bobby has a scam but there is a posibility dat he does certain tinz which are not straight forward which people would consider wrong but unknown to him, thinking its nothing, he has left an impression. Bobby u shouldnt talk too much, u have done d needfull. if paraventure but we hpe it doesnt happen, someone comes up again and says u are a scam, please dnt handle it dis way. i know u to be a matured man, please act well. as for shadow, I hope d term extreme quality isnt given to him, shadow is obviously a good dog and well fed but wen u say extreme quality? dt is over rating, cos i could actually say my current gsd quality is higher dan dt of shadow and i cant call him extreme quality. Display ur dogs as dey really are, do not overhype dem, develop a good customer relationship and u will be good here. please dont mk my believe for u shake pass dis one
