Not asleep but helpless. The truth is those guys are very hard-working. I got to know this when I had accident 4yrs ago around 5am on Lagos-Ibadan express road and we were quickly rescued to a nearby hospital . Half of the people in the bus died instantly, I thank God for saving me and also used the prompt action of the Road safety men. The point is if Nigeria refuses to embrace technology to fight any ill in the society there will be no solution. Come to UK and do over speeding ,by the time you collect ticket many times in a month and use your hard earned money to pay no one will ever caution you again. Police will not even be on the road to caution you but just camera and this is also possible here too but we will never do it.

I will still blame their directors for not been innovative enough, take for instance the minister of interior has been innovative and upgrading the system he met but this cannot be said about other agencies, there where some innovative step when chidoka was frsc director but ever since he left, no innovation. Why not enact law to limit speed limit in our roads since it is the cause of most accidents.
