Methinks that the major solution to this problem is that manufacturing companies should reduce their dependence on imported raw materials for their production.

Also, if more research could be funded by these companies to develop tools for production instead of importing them, the volume of importation would reduce and that would strengthen the Naira.

It's impossible rather govt should devise an effective mechanism to subsidies the needed raw materials for production. We don't have it all after all, we need machines,spare parts and other imported materials for effective production.
