NITT recruited about 2 batches already this year. Are they recruiting another set again please? so we can position well for it

Seriously? Most times disappointments are truly blessings.
I attended interview in 2018 for AL but didn't get in. My current net is about 2x that amount.

Let me just add something I saw on our Army WhatsApp group

Someone who has been trying to join the military through NDA and the short service for years without success, decided to try the Airforce this year without any follow up. He got shortlisted and is about going for training.
Mind you this same person has two cars already and make about 1-2m daily and he is leaving all that for the Airforce.
How much is the entry level salary of Airforce?
Some people go still talk say na lamba I drop so.
This is where passion and fulfilment comes in.

To some its passion
To some job security
To some just the money either in private or public sector

You could tell this stories without personalizing them.
They pass ok important messages but personalizing every single one takes away some of the message you're trying to pass

Just made my findings and it was NAMA that got 200% FAAN got about 25%.
NAMA is now approximately 460k +/-

Some of us who passed thr second tests were asked to do online documentation and till date we've heard nothing from them.
Those that were called received letters in hotels 😏

It was hijackers and the delays were from NCDMB and not Testmi, the only thing exam companies do is just administer exams, submit those that pass, it left for the agency to decide who and when to call for Documentation and resumption, my friend that got in that set was called 2 years after.

Congratulations to them. Have they cleared their staff owing salaries for about 18 months to date?

As a Civil Servant my advice to him is to pay his friend to teach him his trade. Paying him would make him take the business serious as opposed to getting the knowledge and information for free. More importantly, he should under no circumstances go into the business with more than half of his funds.. the other half is his insurance in case it goes south.
As someone who knows a little about Australia and Japa. I'd say although Australia is a great country especially for immigrants, it's not favorable destination for anyone who plans to visit home occasionally. The cost implication of travelling from Australia to Nigeria is believed to cost over $10k in some instances.
My advice is summary, go to China, learn the trade and start with 1/3 of the money see how it goes

This is the Gross monthly salary which is before deductions.
After deductions of Tax, pensions, NHF and Unions the salary will be close to 140K.

My name on fslc, SSCE, B.A and MA all have different arrangements. In fact my MA has hust two of my names and i didn't have an issue with IPPIS capturing or any of my interviews before that. But like Nadingo rightly said, get a name unification affidavit just in case.

This is basic salaries excluding allowances and it varies from one salary structure to the other

I very much doubt they plan to recruit at the moment. The last waiver they got hasn't even been used as far as i know. They wrote promotion exams late last year. Maybe once approved, they would've space to take up new recruits but i highly doubt they have an immediate plan to do that.
There's however no harm to follow up. Don't wait for open recruitment, from what I've heard they've never employed through that method.

Please redirect your job search to another organization. Those people are always having a shortfall. Once its June/July every year, their staff start suffering. Not like the salary is 'that' good. As far as i know, they're currently being owed 2 month's salary. That is assuming they got paid for October
