Jiji-Care is the safest way to guarantee easy transaction between a buyer and a seller on jiji, Users that are incapable of meeting each other can instead use Jiji-Care where they would have to generate an invoice on the platform, the invoice contains the transaction details, product specifications and the buyer pays to Jiji-Care, while the seller is notified of payment but the money remains with Jiji-Care, the seller sends the parcel to the Jiji-Care office and the user comes to pick it up from there, if the buyer is satisfied with the parcel and it matches with the invoice ID then the user picks up the parcel and the money with Jiji-Care is immediately transferred to the seller otherwise the buyer is refunded on the spot and the parcel is sent back to the seller.
By introducing offline pickup locations Nigerians can now feel and touch what they want to buy and get instant refunds if they are not satisfied with the parcel and the sellers can be guaranteed of the safety of their products.
