Well I think he believe these the only way he could be refund,but what if the tyre was stolen after the picture was snap,i want everybody to have a rethink on that

poorly composed??well..its a good thing you understood my whole point,and i never planned on dragging this to nl in the first place which was why i gave him over 3 weeks to pay up,but when it looked like the guy never wanted to pay (like him saying he had dispensal error while trying to transfer money via the atm and it will take another 8 business days for them to revert back the money to his account),i had no choice than to bring it up here.

I just want you to clarify two things;

1. you claimed to have withdrawn 50k from the ATM when network was available around 6pm of the said day, how come you still had to use the ATM later that night to pay Oliver 35k

2. You said Oliver called someone to bring the vehicle out, how come it was jump-started for you thereafter

1)when network was available i withdrew the money i needed to transport myself and my driver to tin can,and it was after i met with him that he took me to another atm at the port to get the 35k

2)the battery of the truck was dead when it came in,so we had to jumpstart it to make it work..and when i saw the truck for the first time,it was off and not running(as it was at the same spot way before i got there),which was why we had to do that

plus obviously the call he placed tru was a fake call cause the truck was already parked outside the port way before i got there as you can see from the pic i uploaded

that was the picture he uploaded on nairaland..the extra tyre was still hanging there when he took the picture (in the afternoon,and i got there at around 7pm that same day)which was the same spot i picked up the truck that night

I really hate to do this but mr oliverjihad as taken me as a fool for the past three weeks...i contacted him over a year ago for quotes on clearing my truck (he sounded honest to me so i decided to stick with him..which i ended up regreting),my truck got to lagos on the 30th of july,i meet with him on the 31st which was a friday(he claimed he could clear the truck on that friday and requested i came to tin can,on getting there he later told me that nothing could be done till on monday,but he will be starting the process on that same friday and that i should make the payment to his account which i did...his draging me to tin can was just to tie the deal down cause i was having second thoughts ) ,on monday,i called him to know the status of my truck and he told me he was yet to get to tin can ,that he will place a call to me when he gets there,after an hour,he called me to tell me that he will be charging me an extra 50k for reasons i did not know,i explained to him that we had a deal on a particular amount which i already paid and i did not understand why he would be charging me extra 50k without any warning..he said they have started placing demurage on my truck and that he borowed some money to clear the truck and that i needed to pay him back,he later said he will be calling me to tell me when i should come..at around 4pm i called him and he said i should start coming over,i was without cash that day and i was hoping i could get money from atm,on getting there,my bank had no network,luckily for me,my driver had little cash with him so we went to another bank,on getting there too there was still no network(at this time he started calling me evey 10 minutes reminding me that i needed to make it to tin can that same day)i tried explaining to him the situation on ground that i was stranded and i could not make it there but i could the following day,but he insisted i did and that demurage will be placed on the truck for the following day if they did not clear the truck on that Same monday,luckily for me network came up and i was able to get money off the atm(this was around 6pm) i took bike down to tin can and i was able to make it there around 7pm,on getting der ,he started another story on why i needed to pay him the extra 50k and that the truck was still at the terminal until i paid up,i sha negotiated with him and agreed to pay 35k(i paid cause i just wanted to leave there with my truck)..after we agreed on the 35k he placed a call to someone right in front of me to bring out the truck from the terminal(please take note of this)..after about 20 minutes he called the same person again and told me that they have taken the truck out,we went to an atm,i gave him the 35k ,i got my documents,and went to inspect the truck..now this is where it gets interesting...while inspecting the truck,my driver noticed that the spear tyre with the rim was missing (which is worth over 50k),i confronted him and he denied that he knew nothing about the tyre(mehn this guy can be really convincing,he even swore on his kids that he knew nothing about it,he also claimed that it must have been the guys from the shipping company that must have stolen it which i believed cause i have heard of such stories but not from grimaldi though),on hearing that, i told him not to worry that i belived him,we jumpstarted the truck and we left(i still had to spend an extra 16k trying to get home thanks to some touts who accosted me nd my driver and also some lastma officials that wanted to take my truck away that night..i got home for after 12 ),the next day,i really dont know what got to me but i just decided to check the guys thread to see if he had uploaded pics of my truck (as per advert ),and i was shocked at what i saw..mr oliverjihad uploaded a picture of my truck taken in the afternoon at the same spot where i went to pick it up the previous night with my extra tyre still there..i was so furious that i had to confront him with a nasty message..mehnn..this guy no gree ohh,he still denied the whole thing claiming that he knew nothing about the tyre and that they just forwarded the picture he uploaded to him,i was like where you not the one that called someone right in front of me to bring out the truck from the terminal around 7pm the previous night(he could not give me an answer to this),and he also told me himself that my truck was still at the terminal and that demurage will be placed on it if i did not make it there the same day..
i just told him to get my tyre to me so i dont get to bring this out here,but for the past three weeks the guy as been given me sily excuses,the first week was used to investigate something he stole,the second week was to come up with money which he did not want to pay me,and the third week,which was last week,he told me that he had dispensal error for an online transaction and it will take 8 business days for them to fix the problem(when i had this i was so furious,dispensal error to transfer via atm??where tfck does that happen )and going to beg this guy agin right here on nl to either produce my tyre (which am sure he already sold) or pay me my money cause if this does not work,i will be taking some navy men to his office to lock him up in their guard room.

As you all know,this truck was pre ordered recently for me by a nairalander..am looking at getting something bigger,my loss is your gain,call in for a good deal and its also ready for inspection,all paper works are intact,2 brand new tyres,2 brand new batteries and it was serviced by a very good tech,its simply buy and drive,no issue whatsover,it as a turbo engine and its in perfect shape..call me or bbm on 08134024199 or 7f110983

In-as-much-as I accept your apology, I still have a few things to say, (1)if I hadn't been able to find those cards you would have denied me.
(2) I'm sorry to say this, you were not totally honest because you sent just a two line paragraph of your screen shot just to make it appear as if I was lying against you rather than posting the entire discussion so that people will not see where I posted the snapshot of the cards when you requested for them and also read what actually transpired. (3) You stood your ground and was trying to use the support of your fans to make me look like a fool until ijekul threatened to reveal his finding which obviously would have implicated you. (4) You said you later called mtn customer care line and they told you the cards were used by you, now my question is, why didn't you call them all through Wednesday, Thursday and Friday when all these was happening only for you to call them when the issue had escalated (5) You caused me serious headache, because of these I threatened the poor lady that sold the cards to me and we had serious argument until I was asked to verify from MTN which I did and they told me that your number loaded those cards, now how can you load 1-2-3-4-5-6 cards without being aware (6) when I told you that MTN implicated your number, you resorted to calling me names, you said I was dumb and all sorts of insults, even when I should have been the one livid for the pain you caused me and also without recourse to the fact that I might not be your mate. (7) I went to this length not to recover my money, the 1100naira, no you can keep it(without appearing immodest I am very comfortable and earning good money in my business) but out of the depression you caused me.

Then I called, you said you don't have the time to call mtn customer care. What kind of human being are you?

Hello everyone,I am not a good story teller like Mr mobbdeep(I still envy that guys write up till date), so I will try to make this brief and concise(I pray ohh),my whole pre-order drama started about a year ago(yea the money hustling was not an easy one ohh),I actually approached Mr kakakibuy (I had contacted all his previous clients to confirm his legitimacy and they all spoke well of him) to help me source for a Nissan cabstar to help complement my sienna bus I was using to move aluminium through lagos,we exchanged text messages via whatsapp for a month or two and when I was so sure that I will be making the payment, one yeye family issue came up (it ended up being a blessing in disguise)I was unable to make the payment,i could sense that Mr kakakibuy was a bit dissapointed cause he already made mention of my name here on nairaland as a deal he was working on (shit happens).
my driver for my sienna started messing up (claiming that customers no dey) so I decided I needed to get something bigger,I went through the sites Mr kakakibuy had given me for our previous deal that went south and then I saw this truck..I was a bit timid in approaching Mr kakakibuy back to hlp me make inquiries regarding the truck largely due to our past experience and also because money for the truck never complete (I just say make I whyne the guys small,he responded well and the conversation started flowing again) he struck a good deal with the dealer (over 1k € off the original cost of the truck)and it was time for me to pay again (gehn gehn..una go fear the way I take think am),after dallying for a few days I summoned one kind courage and I made the payment (being payment to get the truck off the dealers hands) waiting for Mr kakakibuy to get alert was one of the longest days in my life..to cut the story short,he confirmed he got the money and he said it will take a few days to convert to euros so he could use that to make the payment (we had some issues with the exchange rate and the conversion process,I really got vexed but wetin I go do,naira was falling pretty bad so I had to take it as it was),he made the payment for the truck,inspection was done by his technician and I got live pictures of the truck for the first time..what really calmed my nerves after I made the payment was that Mr kakakibuy paid more attention to me,he carried me along all through,he placed calls through to me whenever anything came up,he replied my messages on time and that really got me at rest...I needed to get the remaining balance I. e administration (untouchable fees),shipping ,transportation of truck to port and dhl fees,it took over a month for me to get that but I did, a slight issue came up with getting the truck on a ship (Grimaldi's fault) but as usual Mr kakakibuy was on top of the issue and he also placed a very long call through to me to explain why my truck was not shipped..the issue was solved and I got my bol after a week or so..


my advice:
if you want a dealer who pays detailed attention to everything to ensure you get your dream car..choose kakakibuy

if you want a dealer who treats you like an egg after you drop your hard earned cash..choose kakakibuy


i had a nasty experience with a nairalander while trying to get this in,if he does not pay me up for what he stole from me,i will be writting a nasty epistle on what happened

Before today i never knew i was going to be needing pictures of cars sold to customers, this has been the upper hand these folks had over me

I went at length to start putting across calls to all those who have patronized me, some of them will say they can't put up their face on the internet for reasons best known to them, even the guy who bought the mazda from me refused to send pictures with his face on it,

The pictures i got from those that was able to send, i can't really tell if that's their true face, common the business was done online, only the clearing agent will be able to confirm if that's their face or not, because he was the one that meet them

As for the ML350, haven't you seen the picture of it on Nigeria soil? I can post the document for you all to see
