It is actually very possible to lose weight with PCOS. Just that the underlying insulin resistance makes it tougher. But not impossible!

There are a few speakers on the PCOS Summit who testify to exactly this because they had all the PCOS symptoms, including excessive weight. There is temporary access to the PCOS Summit for a second time at www.thepcossummit.com Access is free. Just have your pen and paper ready to learn, take notes, implement their suggestions and download their free gifts.

clans:

I strongly doubt that cos I remember an interview I read way back where she said she had PCOS syndrome and it's almost impossible to loose the weight. I know you're advised to keep up a healthy lifestyle with lots of exercise after the surgery hence the updates on instagram I think
OK even if she lost it through the ways you said what about this ibru lady what do you say about her own case?

Yes, that was just a trailer for the interview.

It's a 45 minute long interview where she tells her story of how acne blighted her life as just one of PCOS systems. She was also told she'd never be able to get pregnant because of the PCOS. She met one smart specialist who told her, stop all the creams and meds ... and change the way you eat. So that was what she did. Acne gone, periods regular, now the mother of a daughter she conceived naturally.

You can get access to the full interview and 28 others by signing up at www.thepcossummit.com

Thanks, watched the video but it ended just before she said what she did to get rid of the Acne. Do you have the full video?
Health / Re: HELP, When Ever He Drinks Water, He... by AskJimi: 9:16pm On May 18, 2016
Hello,

Have you always had this issue? Can you think back to a time when you could drink water with ease?

I work in the area of anxiety and stress management as a therapist and believe I can help you with this. It won't take many sessions. In fact, it may take just one session to at least get you to be able to think about and actually drink water without the anxiety. I'll trace the route cause of this issue.

I suggest you contact me for my website details so we can schedule a no obligation consultation just to be certain that it is something I can help you with.

It has been happening for over a month now and it's still happening.
I think I have this phobia and its called Aquaphobia (that's after I did some research on the internet).
Aquaphobia is fear of drinking water or liquids, but in my case I have this huge fear for drinking water and it always scare the he'll out of me, most of the time, am always dehydrated but knowing little about drips and infusion, what I do is walk into the clinic and buy drips to get myself hydrated.
When ever I force myself to drink little, I vomit a lot and when I don't, I become restless.
Please and getting tired and sick of this. My stools are always very hard, sometimes I have to press my anus to get little out my bowels.
Please, help me, what am I into?
Health / Re: What Does Death Feel Like? by AskJimi: 2:38pm On May 18, 2016
This is fascinating. I need to read it again as I read it in a hurry. I think dying can be like that floating type sensation, surreal. I allegedly almost died from cholera when I was younger. I remember an evening of surreal hallucinations, and being aware just in my mind. Lots was clearly happening with my body but I was so out of it. That is the closest I came to experiencing dying. A couple of hours more left in an Ondo hospital while nurses thought I was faking my symptoms and without doubt, my mother would have received a sad bundle for her 11 year old daughter that she'd sent to school to be educated.

Adrenalin kicks in when unbearable pain sets in. So what may look painful to us, the uninjured, is not being felt by the victim at the time. Only if they regain consciousness and the adrenalin levels subside will the pain levels rise.

A small mercy when contemplating the passing of a love one that is not as peaceful as we would have liked.

Don't waste your money on the standard OPK's as they are based on a 28 day cycle. Women with PCOS do not have a 28 day cycle. It's money down the drain and precious time squandered. Read the small print of many of the standard OPKs. They advise that they are not so reliable for women with PCOS.

This ovulation expert, Kate Davies speaks about more reliable ways to predict your ovulation and monitor your cycle, even when the doctor has told you you are not ovulating.

You can listen to her interview and 28 other interviews on PCOS for free at www.thepcossummit.com

Acne (and Bacne) can be a symptom of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). This is a hormonal balance so those that say it is in the blood are, to an extent correct. It's within the system.

She needs to monitor the foods she eats and avoid the ones that can spike her blood sugar; she needs to be mindful of toxic exposure through mass produced skin care products, house cleansing products, etc.

You can find out more about PCOS at the free online PCOS Summit www.thepcossummit.com

https://vimeo.com/164065920/ is a clip of a lady that cured her acne after years of going through all kinds of creams and medications ... just by changing the way she eats.

Many ladies trying to conceive are hindered by PCOS. Polycystic Ovary Syndrome affects 1 in 10 women globally and is the top cause of infertility anywhere.

Would you like access to almost 30 expert interviews on PCOS?

What is the cause? How can you reverse it naturally? How can you be aware enough to protect your daughters from developing it too? What would your mother have done differently if she had known you might develop this condition.

There is currently a free PCOS Summit online which gives access to experts in PCOS. What you learn about PCOS will surprise you and also give you hope as many of the experts themselves have successfully reversed PCOS symptoms and many of them have conceived naturally or had better success with assisted fertility.

You can secure your 24/7 access http://www.thepcossummit.com/nld to the PCOS Summit.
