An unidentified flying object crashed into a building in Ibadan, Oyo state, and is believed to be a US drone, the Sunday Tribune reports.

Considering the registration number, TX 5803, inscribed on a black battery under the craft, a source said the space craft must have taken off from NASA base in Texas in the US, stating that the battery attached to the spacecraft powered it and enabled it to move around so that it could do the bidding of those who sent it.

Though many aviation sources said that the object could be a device used in espionage, another source, however, believed that the craft was a “nondescript aviation device”.

The craft, which was said to have dropped down from the orbit, flew into a toilet in the house of Ashipa of Awotan, Chief Tajudeen Adetoro, a few minutes after his grandson, Afeez Adewale and daughter-in-law, Adikat, left the toilet where they had gone to answer the call of nature.

According to Chief Adetoro, the mysterious aircraft forced itself into the toilet through the roof making deafening sound, saying it could have killed Afeez and his mother, if it had met them in the toilet.

The spacecraft, with a product number QR X30, has four stands and a rounded compartment housing its engine. It has a dry cell battery, USB drive, a censor and cables, while each of its stands has a two-way roving fan mounted on them.

The residents of the sleepy community said that the object was not a toy due to the fearful noise it made and the way it flew about, adding that it could be an explosive.

adconline: I'm neither a fan of OBJ nor GEJ. GEJ lost a huge political capital when he alienated his base-- masses and opposition that demonstrated against the cabals like OBJ and co. I expected GEJ's response. To contain some hard facts and numbers.. Number of attacks by MEND and BH during OBJ and how the number has dropped. Amount of crude oil theft during OBJ and the amount now. Number of prosecutions won by EFCC during OBJ vs GEJ won.. How many politicians prosecuted by OBJ vs GEJ.. All I see here in this response is " we are working". The only 2 paragraphs he trumpeted his achievements: FDI and UN Security Council.. How about daily lives of Nigerians.. This Naija mentality of " the country was fkucked beforeI became president" therefore, don't expect anything better is going to lead us nowhere

uken73: I've been searching online for a source to purchase a laptop online. I've heard several complains about Konga and Jumia, so I'm looking for an alternative online vendor. I stumbled across www.buylaptopsinnigeria.com. Their prices are quite reasonable and I would like to purchase from them. But I don't know if I can trust them. I called for an option of pay on delivery, but they have pay on delivery option for only few cities like Lagos, PH etc, but Uyo (my current location) is not included.

1) Al-Mustapha was prosecuted by LAGOS STATE. The case is cited as People of Lagos State vs Al-Mustapha. So, the Presidency would have had nothing at all to do with his matter
2) Officials of the Lagos State Ministry of Justice decided against APpealing his acquittal at the Supreme Court.

For anyone one is drag GEJ into this is just pure, unbridled mischief
