Please, is there any step to follow before transferring mined pi to available balance or is it automatic?

I have completed all checklist and there is no option to transfer balance.

There is none. You just have to click on "Migrate" when your configuration lock up period is due. Then click on "Move". They'll ask you to confirm the action, you click yes and you're good to go

I have for sale. 1064 . I am already accredited under the KYC and I have also migrated my balance from the mainet to Available Balance.

Good morning, I went for capturing last week and I filled out the form but I put NY first name in place of the other name and I was told by the person assisting me that my file was queried and so the process cannot continue, I was asked to go to NIN office and do name correction of which I did but the server is down and so it has been impossible to do the modification.

Now I want to know if it is possible to do just tell the to correct my name and use the format on the NIN I presented instead of changing the NIN modification .

If you know someone or you can help me am in Abuja I would be glad and appreciative.
