Hi @egunmogaji, the closest landmark to this property is Unilag, so its a bit of a distance from the airport, I reckon it would take you about 20mins without traffic to get to the airport from the location and about the same to get you to the express. It could work as a short term rental, since the property will be maintained by a property managers, to take care of the general utilities, i.e water, general lighting, security and cleaning.

The development is a 2 storey building comprising of modern 12 studio flats and 6 one bedroom apartments. The property is currently under construction hence the moderate price. The building is expected to be completed by April 2017. The expected rental returns on the property is a minimum of 5%.

Is the car still available?

A plot of land as advertised in the papers (please see attachement) is going for a give away price of N6m. The developer is currently selling for N8.5m as seen in the adverts, you can cross check page 2 of the guardian of March 26, 2013.
