I agree, Tuchel uses 2 Am or 1 Am, then 1 or 2 forwards.. 3421 or 3412 but putting Mount in RAM the right side of attacking midfield and Havertz on the left. Tuchel's positioning of this players is a problem, some of them get caught off position or in the wrong position and the players get blamed and he will come to press and say he wants players that can play multiple positions. Havertz who would have played centrally or at the left.. sterling finally played LW in the last match. I agree Tuchel could be sacked but not for fielding this players but for his positioning inadequacy. People have said it already Tuchel is poor when it comes to positioning his attackers
