Both are anywhere-belle-face coaches banking on players' individual brilliance to pull them through.

I hv said this times without number that he is becoming a nuisance in the national team. He can’t press, doesn’t drift to the middle when deployed upfront and as a lone striker he is useless

Iheanacho’s only asset in football is just his shooting accuracy nothing more nothing less

In the second half I expected a change of tactics from peseiro since the initial one wasn’t working. The Algerians had the upper hand because they had more bodies in the midfield and stressed iwobi and Onyeka so much when iheanacho was expected to drop deep to add bodies in the midfield

Our coach should ditch the 442 formation unless when playing minors. Am iwobi further the pitch would hv created havoc for the Algerians and atleast created a good chance for a 2nd goal

A pivot of onyedika and Onyeka with iwobi we will hv a diamond shape in the middle with the Everton man given the room to roam around while Onyeka with his engine and agility given the license as a b/b midfielder while onyedika screens the bck four

If jpes sticks to his preferred 442 I doubt he will win many games as the coach of this team

Like Andrew said you're over simplifying the issue.

Wages though a determinant is not the only way to judge a team's quality or lack thereof.

Everyone knows that teams in Spain outside the top 3/4 are financial lightweight so you can imagine how poorly paid teams in La Liga 2 are.

Compared to Championship clubs who enjoy huge financial windfalls. Most of the time they are able to buy a legion of players.

Look at Nottingham Forest for example despite buying almost 20 players during the transfer window the quality of their football is still dour.

I can bet the quality of La Liga 2 will still be decent quality in comparison to wages received.

Don't get me wrong Nwakali still has a long way to go in his career but sometimes learn to appreciate people's small beginnings. Didier Drogba and Jamie Vardy didn't enjoy the greatest starts to their respective careers but look at where they are now.

Nobody is saying you shouldn't give your honest opinions on a player but learn not to be absolute when judging how well a player will turn out.

12. All medical students indigent of the State were placed on GL: 07 as monthly allowance.

13. Approved the setup of 300 laboratories of Physics, Chemistry and Biology in 100 Secondary Schools.

14. Established 44 Technical and Islamic Studies Schools.

16. Sponsored 100 persons for Degree in Medicine overseas.

17. Established 26 new Institutes for vocational training.

18. Sponsored 100 persons for Piloting and Aeronautical Engineering in Jordan.

19. Sponsored 100 persons for a Degree in Pharmacy overseas.

20. Sponsored 100 females to study Medicine (Gynaecology) abroad.

21. Sponsored 25 Candidates to India and UK to study Marine Engineering.

22. Sponsored 45 students for aeronautical engineering course at the College of Aviation Zaria.

23. Sponsored 502 youths for Ph.Ds and Masters degree programmes overseas.

This is what we intend to scale at the national level which will definitely end the present educational backwardness. We should bring our students back to their classrooms, thereby preventing incidents like the recent blockage of airport access roads by these students.

With this attitude most incoming coaches will get tired of working with him very quickly. Wanting coaches to explain everything, from why they want or don’t want this transfer target, why this formation of tactics etc. That was how Abrahimovic was asking Mourinho "who was Drogba" "Where does he play for"and why he wanted him but Mourinho just said "Pay and don't speak. Nobody wants to be micromanaged like that, coaches just want to do their job and leave the transfer business to others while giving little input themselves.
