Some twitter users has noticed a discrepancy in the name of the extradited UK murderer as reported by the UK government and media outlets and the one reported by the NPF.

The UK media outlets reported the culprit as Mathew Adebiyi, the UK government also has the record as Mathew Adebiyi.

But however the Nigerian Police Force on reporting the issue on twitter included Chukwuemeka in the name. Thereby reporting the name as Mathew Chukwuemeka Adebiyi.

This has caused controversy on whether this was a deliberate omission or just a typographical error.
