What investors need is transparency.
Currently if you ask someone to invest in Lagos real estate they will refuse because their is no transparency.
No one rakes up NGN200Million to go and buy illegal land or house. But people invest these money legally and in 5years the investment is declared illegal.

Anambra people are very funny people.

Buy them indomie and they will call you a Billionaire.
Add egg on top and they will call you a philanthropist.
Put it inside plate and they will beg you to run for Governor.
Why are you hating, how much have you made?
First move out of your papa house.

Una go buy space just dey post rubbish. What this man gain in trying to tell he's the best Nigerian entrepreneur overseas, when unproven is just so out of place. Insecurity and some complex just having a spree. Tope Awotona, calendly owner, Adebayo Ogunlesi made mad money charming Blackrock, earlier the year, made no noise, it was the media that found him...

But these people... lol, it was even written up there that he's making America (and Nigeria) a better place, lol, wetin na Emeka Ike.

I can't just tell their goals, maybe they need people to know them so they could feel so good about themselves.

Yen yen yen... oga stand up and hustle. This Anambra hate is becoming stale.

Politics / Re: Rufai Oseni's 8 Questions About The Coastal Road Project. by Atheistan: 12:13pm On May 04

All those places Nigerians have been travelling to and enjoy such kind of coastal road projects, how have they been doing it that we can't replicate same in Nigeria?

You think coastal roads are born out of the need for luxury?
Those roads you and your colleagues are brandishing all over nairaland was born out of the need to create access to areas without one...
The coastal roads are the only routes to those areas..

Well meaning and well traveled Nigerians are concerned about the sensibility in building a coastal road that already has more than 2 bad and depleting routes to the same location.
