Later, some people will be running mouth on how corrupt our leaders are. The filling station attendants won't sell to people, but they will collect extra cash and sell to the black marketers.
So very annoying. angry angry

I left my house by 8am, I didn't get home till past 3pm, all in the name of buying fuel. I was just walking from one filling station to another on an empty stomach. Thank God I managed to buy at last @ ₦100 per litre, even though the supposed 11 litres I bought was just about 9 litres.

Morning...

Spend the whole night ke... Lol there's always a simpler way of doing things... Besides I already get those Gucci sacks under my eyes anyway, from binge watching dramas all night =__=

Lmaoo

Still catching up on my Blood drama.. Ep. 14

I didn't know I was this far behind.
But of course, you'll still be catching up on Blood because whenever AJH comes on screen, you'll pause the drama, stare and smile at his face for 10 minutes before continuing. tongue

Just kidding. grin

Lol I only need to edit the few posts on my blog referring to Sageuks.

Trust me they weren't that many errors because I got the spelling half the time. I might have mixed it up a few times and must have confused readers because no one thought to make corrections! They probably thought the spelling was correct nywayz grin

Took approx 5 mins on my Android WordPress app. Power of the mobile.... wink
And here I thought you will spend the whole night editing, and have Gucci bags under your eyes. tongue
Good morning. smiley

Now I'll have to go edit all my posts and drafts with the wrong spelling - damn!!!

Good luck with that.

Be careful ooo, you just might be made to do exactly what you promised grin grin grin

You're so right he can be mean --- I'll never forget how he treated Prince Ma-ha, or Danashiri. He was so mean and cold!! And then when Nyangi killed his uncle Baekhyan, he really treated her harshly. Sending her to the temple and just blanking her.

Seeing him in a suit will always be a treat grin grin and of course watching him fall for the girl after all his mistreatment of her, will be hilarious to watch. Still....I need another saguek. Warrior Baek dong soo and Empress Ki were great and he's the type to only get better and better.

Which means his third saguek will be out of this world.

Keeping my fingers crossed!!
That look on his face like, "Don't even try me right now. angry"
You're the biggest fan of sageuks, so I understand your wanting to see Pup in another one.
About my promise, don't worry. If that happens, I'll trek it. (By placing a big map of the world on the floor and walking from Lagos to Seoul. wink ) lol

Ehen, the spelling, is it saguek or sageuk? I'm not sure.

Oh, good. Wookie deserves someone to make good chemistry with. Awesome wink

But can Puppy act a mean Chaebol heir? There has to be a good storyline, action and romance scenes in that one oo. Or he could do a simple romcom, doesn't have to be rich or famous.
He CAN act any role. I've seen him in action and saeguks, I want to see him as a Chaebol. A very mean and evil one to the female lead, before falling hopelessly in love with her (typical Wookie) grin. Add in the typical Chaebol mum with a scheming second lead female, and we're set to go.

I'll trek from Lagos to Seoul if this happens. Lol cheesy

Now she. Is. Hot. Thank youuuu for reminding me of this hot chica. Saw a few pics of her recently and was shocked she was so beautiful. Only ever seen her as the boyish cross dresser in Coffee Prince.

Makes me wish she was the one chosen to costar with Lee Joon Ki in Scholar Walks the Night.

But these actors don't like repeating roles so as not to be typecast or looked down upon for having no diverse talent. (ie she won't want to play a cross dressing female again lol)

Great suggestion!!
And more importantly, she locks lips the best in Kdrama land. wink

Has anyone ever heard Ji Chang Wook speak English? I think I have and it was bad too grin Guess he can't be perfect lol

Lol I don't really mind. Because I rather listen to them speak Korean anyway. It's a beautiful language that's easy on the ears.

Hey guys... Just wanted to know what kind of drama you want to see Wookie in next. Romance, Chaebol, action, Saguek?

I pick Saguek smiley

Also, which female costar would you like him to pair up with next? I can't decide. And if you have any latest news about it pls share!!
I pick Chaebol. I want to see him in a meanie chaebol role with Yun Eun Hye.

That guy, Ha Ji Won' s brother is fine ooo

He always chooses tragic anti-hero roles. Like in King's Daughter Su Baek Hyang and Sunkyunkwan Scandal.
I haven't seen any of his dramas apart from SK scandal.

Goodness anything over three words is excessive cruelty to my ears grin

I notice how they pick each word one by one till the whole sentence is disjointed.

Thank goodness it's only occasionally.

Then when I hear a Kdrama actor break out in perfect Americana English I go shocked

It's rare though.
There is this unpopular handsome actor who looks a lot like Ha Ji Won's brother. He speaks nice English.

No matter the practice... There are just some English words Koreans can't naturally pronounce.

So unless they were born in US or learned d language very early in life, they'll sound terrible cheesy
I guess we'll have to get used to tuning our ears to some cringe worthy English, lol.

They do have a few Hangulish words I find cute.
Cupi - coffee
Handipone - hand phone ( mobile phone)

Skinship grin - this is my favourite. grin grin

Lol cheesy, except for very few, they should stick to Hangul or practice their English lines like a hundred times before shooting.

Lmao Jet Li has some good ones from way back... Jackie Chan's classic movies of yesteryear are a treasure... Drunken Master, Monkey Shadow etc. Some are dubbed over in English but I also watch the original subbed versions. I love everything Asian so yeah, I can watch anything.

Except maybe those Phillipines or Taiwanese which I agree sound like knocking two big silver spoons together LOL
I'm a fan of Filipino series, but I watch the English dubbed. I don't listen to their language. Just like when those actors in Kdramas try to speak English, I cringe and take cover. embarassed

I honestly LOVE the Chinese language, almost as much as Korean. Chinese and Hong Kong movies are those popular ones everyone watches, like the ones with Donnie Yen or the Hollywood faves like Flying Daggers as well as Crouching Tiger.

And generally I admire the freaky special effects and fabulous martial arts in the old and new Chinese movies or series.

I've seen so many obscure ones that I'll have to list them one day for you lol they were awesome
Jackie Chan and Jet Li films are the closest to Chinese cinema I have gotten.

I was just going through the first many pages, was wondering how the whole thread began and I saw that post. And others too. Wow some of you guys have seen so many dramas!!!! Yes not all of them come highly recommended but still you guys try smiley

Maybe because I also watch Chinese and Hong Kong movies and dramas that I've not reached my quota for Kdramas.

You should check out the backlog of the thread once in a while, it's fun. I know most of my post were lost during the Nairaland Crash where everything wiped out lol
You also watch Chinese and HK dramas? You be boss oo. shocked shocked
Their language sound very funny to me, but Hangul sounds much better.

hahaha, you know i spoke the truth, i hate how they keep shoving the news of these overrated actors and actresses on my face whenever i visit news sites, talented actors should be recognised not ignored. At least my talented bias Won bin is richer than seoul even though he acts once in 4yrs,thats what being talented does,so no props.
Hmmm. My bias is talented too oo, it is just that his 'fine boy' is being noticed over his acting.

Or a gangster or a grim reaper

I don't feel bad for Ji Sang though, he gives as good as he gets. Like when he didn't bother trying Yoo Ri ta's cooking because he knew it would be horrible... grin grin
What's the point? He can't taste. Besides, he doesn't eat anything with more than four legs grin
