We can only hope. Park min young is absolutely amazing in this drama, she's totally killing her role. Actually, all three leads are pretty excellent.

Yep. I'll rate it better than all the ongoing sageuks. A pity it has such abysmally low ratings in Korea. These Koreans sef, same thing happened with Moon Lovers.

I think it is partly the producers fault for releasing it so soon after Rebel which is set in the same time period.

Moon Lovers kinda deserved every bit of low rating it got. That drama was a production disaster! To me, at least.



If Seven day queen had aired in another timeslot or maybe later in the year, it might have done well. Viewers just finished 30 eps of treacherous Yeonsangun, and less than two months after, there's another drama romanticising him. Apart from that, the other characters aren't strong historical figures and they have a sad ending.


Then you've got Ruler airing at the same time which had the advantage of starting earlier and building up a viewer fan base. Plus stars two of South Korea's favorite child turn adult actors.

Poor Seven day queen just can't compete. Which is a shame cos the drama is really good.

was real that bad, I haven't watched it, honestly I can count 20 dramas he could have done after mlfas instead of that movie, I hope he gets a drama as buzzy as dots when he gets back

Ikr! After THE Producers in 2015, homeboy could have gone to the military and already be back or with like a month left in service. Instead he chose to do this REAL mess.

If they follow history properly, then yes, it's a sad ending.
But I'm sure the writers know how to spin it and make it less painful to watch.

Sure, Kdramas always look fluffy.....till they get all muddled up with amnesia and noble idiocy in the middle. Then they kill someone in the end.

Yeah, I've been really depressed o. I lost my beloved Dad last year December and life hasn't been the same since then. Even watching drama na big wahala.

I find it funny that Dispatch is just releasing pictures after the wedding announcement. Those guys knew the entire time but didn't out the couple!


As a K celeb, be friends with Dispatch, it really helps.

Mehnn....I'm so happpyyy. I've always suspected they were dating since DOTS days cos of all d rumours about them. They must really be in love to be getting married.

The same thing happened to me when I watched it then. I bought the CD. Think it was up to 5disc or so. And 1disc was like 10hrs.I was almost useless. I couldn't do much. I even skipped church at a point for the drama. I am not proud of myself. It was my first 51episode saeguk. Still my favourite till date. Splendid!!!

I know! When I was watching it then, NEPA blessed us with light so I didn't do anything else that week. Lol

And when I finished it I cried and didn't watch any other drama for a while.




Then they're telling me THE Empress Ki is baby sitting a bunch of idols (sorry @ kangminhyuksho) in her next drama. I can't deal abeg!

My favorite scene so far is the half door installation scene, hillarious.

I was wondering what she meant by half door, then I saw it.....and she almost drove her mother in law mad with fright when she appeared under the door.

Nobody is talking about Queen for 7 Days. Abi is the drama not that good no? Me I'm waiting for it to end before possibly watching it. After Rebel I need a small break from depictions of Yeonsangun's tyranny.

I'm reading the recaps for the drama, and it's good. In a heartbreaking way. Yeonsangun isn't half as bad here as in Rebel.

There are a lot of emotional scenes in dis episode, the king is the worst king ever and did jeaunk ha's mother finally died or just unconscious? Tsk tsk poor her, hating on servants and lowly born even to the end, she yapped nonsense about spending her whole life supporting her son only to ended up a servant.story for gods.
I don't get why a fellow human being should become a rag for them to step on.

I was talking about Won Bin. You might know him if you watched dramas in the early 2000s. And his last public work was a movie in 2010. Maybe he's now retired sha, who knows?
