I see. I think you are right afterall. I've gotten a few other guys who wrote the test with you that corroborated your standpoint.

I was with 1E. I can tell you with a high degree of certainty that my position is correct. I got my score and most of the guys around me did. You didn't answer the question I asked pa if you were on or against the alloyed time. Again, you can't possibly get your score when the system has already logged you out.

Are your sure about that or you think so? Were you up to time or the time was against you? Many didn't get their score cos the system logged them out upon exhaustion of the alloted time. You need to click on check score upon finishing the test, else you won't have the score.
I'm well aware the questions were entirely different today but the procedure has to be the same.Correct me if I'm wrong

In all honesty I don't know. 30-40 appears to be the score bracket for majority that has so far written especially yesterday. That's my observation. The general performance might be the yard stick to decide the cut-off mark. There's a dude in one of the threads who scored 35% and appeared to be excited.

Yes there is. Even tomorrow. Test continues till mid January. About 60,000 candidates to be tested.

That could have been a good advise if the next question shows instantly as you click, without those daily; again that means you will skip 20 questions. Simply try to answer them but never attempt to waste any time. Should you decide to skip, pick any option and go, for you will never come back to them!

Exactly! There's is a slight delay for proceeding to the next question and the time continues to read real time.In actual sense, even though the time allotted for the test is 30minutes, you might be getting only 25minutes given the delay of loading the questions. And I think this varies for different system (user ) in the hall. In the light of this, you are not likely to be able to be come back to answer questions left except you are.........

Really? Were you among the set that was asked to go back to the waiting hall and wait 20-30 minutes? And then the ICT woman came back again to call us that it's actually our turn?

Perhaps I was. Perhaps cos I attempted a strategy which probably worked. Not sure though.. Everyone around me had less than 40% really. But I'm still nervous cos I don't know the cut-off mark.

Hi guys, I am one of those that today, wrote the PSIN test for the PTI recruitment exercise. I thought to share a few tips with those that have been invited or likely will be invited in the future. Should anyone have more question outside what I cover here, feel free to contact me.
Other means of ID (NIMC temporary National I'd, Voters ID etc is allowed/accepted for the screening) The test is entirely CBT
Don't bother coming with calculator.
Questions comprise Basic computer,Arithmetic, Mathematics, Current Affairs, Verbal Reasoning.These are pretty much my classification of the questions.
30 minutes for about 60 questions.
Test Result is instant after the test (very important,some people missed this, especially those that wrote in the morning).
Questions are same for same batch (ie your question is same as the person seated next to you as long as you are in the same batch)
Will update this once I rest well. Just got back from the test venue.
I remember some of the questions vividly but not sure if that's what will be repeated for other batches on other days.

First Bank is about the only Bank that had been authorized to send funds out via Western Union until recently. Mod is correct with the commencement of this in September. Very recently however, specifically about 2 weeks ago, Ecobank got a nod to do same as well.
In November, I personally utilized Western Union (thru First Bank) to send funds to China. While I won't dispute mod's position of that the Bank doesn't have control over the amount/currency that gets to the beneficiary,but WU is too perfect to not put that into consideration. here is my experience. This was at Ibadan,not even Lagos.It's a simple process.
I was asked how much I plan to send and it was plugged into the system. The system uses a simulator to of course simulate amount being sent, preferred currency, beneficiary's currency, value of funds upon getting to beneficiary. Generally, regardless of simulator,Standard charge/fees is approximately 16,500 naira for every $2000. Hope this helps.
