We have two weeks to the signing off of this project, the bishop (Bishop David Oyedepo) reiterated that the hand over date remains first week of December despite the level at which this project is now, so this week we double our effort in able to make the mandate a reality.

As at yesterday, the ground floor plastering was started..

We had a successful week,

we were able to install the distribution board for the ground floor and the piping has also been completed this week.

This is report so far, the first floor deck board was removed yesterday and it's expected that by tomorrow the bricks layers must have gotten to lintel level for our boxes to start setting in..

Note: that the handover time remains first week of December..

If truly this market is bound for demolition and they still have smiles on faces then you have to give it up for this man, he really knows what he is doing..

Good morning all,
For some days now I've not been able to update this thread on how far we've gone with this project, am so sorry for that.

The first floor casting was a stitch, it took a lot of time before it could be casting with complaint ranging from unavailability of iron rods to materials for the casting, it was eventual casted 23th of October unfortunately I was not around to capture it..
The block setting has already started on the second floor with the lintel expected to be casted today, all the boxes has been installed..
