There are thousands and millions in some of those countries mentioned that have accepted and still accepting the saving grace of Christ Jesus- It's a matter of choice.
For those that have lived many years before the advent of Christianity, they will be judged by their conscience based on the in-born knowledge of every human, of good and evil- vis-à-vis love, mercy, compassion etc
