I have one question I want to ask sir.
I have been following your thread for some time now sir.
In the pic below,you use 3 block after the lintel(beam) before the decking(first floor slab) but some other thread you use 2 block after the lintel before the decking.
WHY?

A civil engineering graduate also told me that i shld hv chossen computer engr dat he end up as beeen a tax collector dat no job in civil engineering field. It's time to acquire your civil engineering degree.

Don't leave one for the other.

Acquire both .

my candid advice is to keep both,to avoid (I wish I had known).
though not easy but not impossible because you will be needing extra effort to make it work.
you can be getting clients from your course mates and school in general, no matter your location good designers clothing attracts customers,so if you sew well you don't need much work to be living of your handwork and achieve both at same time.
And finally education gives you good sense of reasoning in the open market, it will make you do better in what ever you venture into in the labour market.
