Hello, I got laid off from my work after 3weeks of submitting my wife’s SOWP application due to shortage of work. I don’t know if this can affect their application that is still under processing.

Please what kinda visa can I apply for my 4year old son together with his mom SOWP, visitor or study?. Thanks

What kinda visa is advisable to apply for my 4yrs old baby, is it visitor or study cos I’m apply for SOWP for my wife and study for my elder kid. Would appreciate a response on this pls.

Hi, I'm just seeing the new update on SOWP, I don't know if this is gonna affect me as well, I'm a college graduate of 2yrs Welding technician program and I already got a job as a welder at a pressure vessel production company, am I eligible to apply for my wife's SOWP with this new law cos I'm confused, and another thing I wanna confirm is that I just got the job and I have just 1 paystub from it, but I have many paystubs from my previous employer, so I don't know if I can attach 2 of my paystubs from my previous job with the one I have from my new job and my new job offer letter. Please any advise on this.

My wife SOWP and my kids study permit were refused with the reason below

Thank you for your interest in working in Canada. After careful review of your work permit
application and supporting documentation under the Temporary Foreign Worker Program, I have
determined that your application does not meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee
Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). I am refusing
your application on the following grounds:
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by
paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR (https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/SOR-2002-227/
section-179.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will
leave Canada, based on the following factors:
• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the
details you have provided in your application.

I don't wanna agree with this, so I am seeking advise if I should appeal cos I stated it in the letter that we would all be returning back to Nigeria after my study, can anybody advise me on this cos it was refused previously cos the st*pid agent forgot to upload my study permit and now, they are not saying anything about the study permit anymore. So i don't really understand this their refusal reason cos I submitted all the necessary documents as home ties with my companies invoice and CAC, so I don't know what else I missed for them to give this refusal reason.
