Ticketing and Reservation Officer Responsibilities: Will handle ticketing reservations and sales Efficiently handle customers and their queries. Handle issues, re-issuing and re-validation of clients PNR in Amadeus and Sabre Comply with the organisation’s reservation policies and procedures and standards of customer service (i.e. handling cutomer problems, answering telephone enquiries within 3 rings, pre-flight checks, timeliness, grooming, courtesy etc.) Keep self-up-to-date on airlines rules, policies and procedures Qualification and Requirements: Minimum of NCE/OND in any related field. The applicant must be residing within Ikorodu, Agric to be precised. Proficiency in the use of Sabre, Amadeaus, Galileo GDS and Emirate Farelogix. Possession of 1-2 years working experience in reservations and ticketing role for a travel agency. Ability to speak in a professional manner to internal and external clients while fulfilling job duties. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to render excellent Customer Service. Ability to send professional written correspondence to customers via text and emails. Ability to work under pressure and to short lead times. Must be well groomed and show a high degree of confidence Must be highly proficient in the use of as Microsoft Application suites like MS Word, MS Excel.
