With churches like these,who need to live in sin to qualify for Hell?

In many cases of sin, repentance is not enough.There must be Restitution especially in sins of fraud, stealing, sowing seeds of discord, and even certain cases of sexual sins.
If it's not done, judgement would accumulate and eventually break open heavily on the heads of the repented offender's children and descendants.
Oftentimes the Holy Spirit can demand making restitution, before a person is completely free.

Then I ask myself, I thought the Bible said when one is a new creature, old things are passed away and all things become new.

Brother, your assumption is wrong.Under certain situations of sin, repentance is not enough.There must be restitution, most especially in sins of fraud, stealing, sowing discord between people.
Even in certain cases of sexual sins, The Holy Spirit can demand you make Restitution, before you are totally delivered.
