Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Female Manager/Accountant with a strong background in the fast food industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring financial transparency, and maintaining accurate records of all business activities.

Key Responsibilities
Management Duties
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow
Supervise staff, assign duties, and monitor performance
Ensure high standards of customer service and food quality
Manage inventory, stock levels, and supplier relationships
Implement operational policies and ensure compliance with company standards
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently
Monitor sales performance and suggest improvements
Accounting & Bookkeeping Duties
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records of all transactions
Record daily sales, expenses, and cash flow activities
Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports
Monitor and reconcile bank statements and POS transactions
Ensure transparency in all financial dealings
Track inventory costs and reduce wastage through proper accounting
Handle payroll records and staff payments
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial policies
Requirements
Proven experience in a fast food restaurant (management or accounting role)
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and financial reporting
Familiarity with POS systems and accounting software
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
High level of integrity and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications
Degree or certification in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Experience managing both operations and finance in a restaurant setting

There was not. Can you imagine? They were trying to refer me to the person from whom they picked the item from. The whole thing is funny because the store owner whom I rever and respect so much. I expected him to do something about it, but it turns out they're all in it together.

The store owner would have nothing to do Abt it, than to discipline his staffs afterwards, cause if you come to my shop and allow my staffs to go get u stuff from another place without my concept then u are dangerous, everyone should accept their mistakes.. u could have speak at first with the store owner to let him know what u want.. when issue done come up before u want to involve him.. am so sorry for u loosing your money, but we have to call a spade a spade
