The claim that someone paid for it is nothing but a lie. Abi why today that he got called out? Or you mean someone from here who's already reading the state of the defective item decided to pump out 120k without inspecting the item? The lack of inspection that's already causing issues? Some of you lots are half-smart.
The rogue waited till he got called out before he could carry out the refund but decided to involve an imaginary new buyer so as to appear like he didn't have the money for refund all along. He had the money, like every scammer and calculative thief, he decided to not repay the guy. Hoping for a miracle to eat up the money.
There we were, some improperly fed dimwits were already calling me names.
If the almost scammed buyer decided to pay for the delivery cost, na God go punish am heavily. Insha Allah.

here's a list of things I bought from him.

Fridge....200,000

PS 4.....120,000

Washing machine.....60 or 80k forgotten exactly

Stabiliser...20(not paid)

Out of it all, only the washing machine is in perfect condition and I told him all these things since September. From then, he promised to refund me until yesterday when I got angry and brought him here that forced him to pay me ₦70k (which am yet to see)

All these time, he was making promises and telling how busy he is with life. If you are in my shoes since September, will still be waiting for him to come back from Yankee which he may eventually not do. This guy went there for certificate training and might get a job and not come back again

On the issue of tampering, I never wanted to take the items to be fixed before he will claim the technician did a bad job. BTW, these items he promised me were in top condition and in less than six months of usage. He told me none of them have been fixed but the fridge compressor has been welded, the stabiliser has been opened and warranty seal removed with some screws not even there. The PS 4, I don't even know what is doing it and how

Anyways I am not asking for refund on the fridge because of the stress of transportation. The ones I insist on full refund is stabiliser and PS 4

How long it took to get here is not what we're discussing. It's the fact that it didn't work.

Let him come online and tell us the situation of things

If he is already fixing I can give him the cost of repairs

If not I am also open to giving him a partial refund now and when i come back and receive the returned items i will give him the balance

like this, I have actually told him this for long. The issue of not having a return address is a story he started yesterday evening. I got the said items from an address, let me return them there. The fridge I bought from him hasn't freezed anything from day one.

He actually feigned ignorance and asked me if the fridge has been replaced by the driver

Talking about refund,I literally begged you for over one month now but you keep promising until yesterday that you told me that it's until you come back. This guy literally went for a six months course. Should I wait for that long after I paid him for the items about a month before he sent me the items.

All the time you were with my money ausval,did I disturb you for one day. Only that the items didn't work as expected, you now tell me that I have to wait for you until you come back. If you decide not to come back nko?

From all indications, you're literally waiting for me to forget about it items and probably go and fix them myself.
