This is exactly what Jonathan has wanted all along. This is the reason why Jonathan has unleashed Boko Haram on the people of Northeast for the past 18 months. He knows the only way he can have a chance to secure second term is to create chaos by funding and providing ammunition to Boko Haram.

Can anyone tell me why Jonathan ordered the Acting IGP to curb the vigilante group in Bornu and Adamawa who have been having upper hand against Boko Haram in the last two week? Jonathan doesn't want Boko haram to end. Jonathan created this mess so he can benefit from this chaos going on in the North.

Jonathan is doing this on purpose and INEC is going along with it.
