Marriage is dynamic, meaning change is inevitable, changes in marriage do not necessarily mean cheating.

It's just that as the marriage progresses, changes must occur, eg. when your wife gets pregnant and gives birth she tends to focus on the child which might be misunderstood as not caring for her husband, this can also be compared to when the husband gets involved in a new sphere of endeavour, he tends to put his all there and appear to have lost focus in his marriage.

At this stage in marriage, the best thing to do is to rediscover the marriage in line with the changes not to see it as faults.
Most couples are never prepared for the changes that come with marriage.

7 years in marriage is just the end of the first set of tests that we must go through in marriage.

For me love in marriage lasts for about 5years after which understanding takes over based on the foundation that has been built in the last 5years, this greatly depends on your values and your intention before going into the marriage.

My advice..... Please rediscover your marriage, don't go looking for comfort where it can't be found.

This year is my 17th year in marriage all I've said above is from experience.

This article was prepared in response to cases of vehicles bought with a fixed, improperly fixed or unfixed issues that are hidden to the eyes of the buyer but sold as a clean title.

Every vehicle buyer has the right by law to know the status of the vehicle as at the time it’s being paid for.

A clean-titled vehicle is a vehicle without any history of damage while
a salvage titled vehicle is a vehicle that has a history of damage, the damage could be mechanical, slight or severe body accident, undercarriage, theft, repossessed or vandalized just to mention a few.

My definition of a pre-purchase inspection is simple, ‘it’s the act of knowing what you are buying before you pay’.

In the developed countries there are systems put in place by the government that enables the buyer to check the status of the vehicle he intends to buy.
This can only be done either by the Vehicle Identification Number(VIN) or Chassis number depending on the country of manufacture.

Both identification numbers are 17 digit alphanumeric always engraved by the driver's door, inside the hood above the engine firewall, on the driver's seat belt or by the driver's side of the windshield looking from outside.

A pre-purchase inspection is carried out by a trained automobile service technician that has a good understanding of automobile diagnostic(using a diagnostic tool to confirm if the vehicle PIDs are still within its functional thresholds) and can carry out standard impact analysis test, just in case the vehicle has been involved in an accident. It also involves the physical inspection of components and body parts for wear and tear.

Carrying out a pre-purchase inspection on an automobile before purchase will reduce after purchase repair cost, it also gives a good understanding of the vehicle status thereby increasing your negotiating power.

Purchasing an automobile without proper pre-purchase inspection by a qualified automotive service technician could be compared to giving money to a bank teller without filling your information on the teller. "You just gave your mechanic a blank cheque".

The importance of pre-purchase inspection can never be overemphasized though it's not done free of charge.

As an automobile service technician, the need for strategic development can never be over emphasized. In view of this, we will be considering skill sets that will increase effectiveness and boost interpersonal relationship in the workplace.
These skills provide the foundation for developing other skills that is required to help an individual to evolve and adapt to changes in the workplace. No individual can work in isolation irrespective of how well the person is on the job. What does an automobile service technician (a handy man) have to do with these skills you might ask? Every profession has its occupational hazards as long as you would deal with people and your environment.

READING.
An Automobile service technician must posses the ability to read and comprehend. During carrying out his duties, he will have to read a lot of automobile resource materials such as safety manual, user manual, workshop service manual, technical service bulletins and other automobile resources/ materials.

LISTENING.
An automobile service technician must posses the ability of listening effectively. He would have to listen to the client’s complaints, symptoms and irregular noise from the engine and other systems of the automobile.

WRITING.
Writing skill is also a very important skill required to be a good automobile service technician. Every observation made on the automobile must be documented in writing to avoid complications during repairs.

ORAL COMMUNICATION
An automobile service technician should be able to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues in the workplace. The need to explain to the client and your colleagues what is wrong with the vehicle and how you intend to fix it can never be over emphasized.

DOCUMENT USE
Proper interpretation of fault codes, flowcharts, technical schematic diagrams, complaints and symptoms etc. is a standard means of problem solving in the automobile industry. An automobile service technician must be able to collate all these information in providing solutions.

THINKING
Thought process is key to solving automobile related issues. Our thinking pattern forms our perspective while providing solutions. As an automobile service technician, you must be able to ask Why, How and When and have answers to them before any repair is carried out.

WORKING WITH OTHERS (TEAM WORK)
Successful automobile repair is achievable by effective team work. Some automobile service technician work independently but collaborate with colleagues within their specific area of expertise to resolve concerns.

DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY
Automobile service repair jobs became digital since the introduction of the micro chip (Brainbox) in the automobile. The effective use of computerized scanning equipment’s is very important. Information sharing amongst technicians, service managers, colleagues in other locations and manufactures support specialists are all done via digital technology. Keyboarding and basic computer skills are an asset.

CONTINUOUS LEARNING
Continuous technological changes and advancements in the industry requires an automobile service technician to constantly be abreast with these technological changes. Certification and recertification are extremely important to keep up to date with technological advancements.

Fixing today's automobile requires high level automobile resource material processing before embarking on a repair job.

Getting married is a wonderful adventure, if both parties play by the rules, as simple as it may sound, if followed your marriage will be a bliss.

SYNERGY... This basically means the interaction of elements, that when combined produce a total effect that is greater than the sum of the individual elements contribution and more. It's the creation of a whole(Unit) that is greater than the sum parts. Finally the interaction of two or more agents for effective optimal performance.

I have characterized the social struggle as centrifugal and social solidarity as centripetal. Either alone is productive of evil consequences. In the context of organizational behavior, following the view that a cohesive group is more than the sum of its parts, synergy is the ability of a group to outperform even its best individual member. We know that effective groups actively looked for the points in which they disagreed and in consequence encouraged conflicts amongst the participants in the early stages of the discussion. In contrast, the ineffective groups felt a need to establish a common view quickly, used simple decision making methods such as averaging, and focused on completing the task rather than on finding solutions they could agree on.

In a technical context, its meaning is a construction or collection of different elements working together to produce results not obtainable by any of the elements alone. The elements, or parts, can include people, hardware, software, facilities, policies, documents: all things required to produce system-level results. The value added by the system as a whole, beyond that contributed independently by the parts, is created primarily by the relationship among the parts, that is, how they are interconnected. In essence, a system constitutes a set of interrelated components working together with a common objective, fulfilling some designated need.

If used in a business application, synergy means that teamwork will produce an overall better result than if each person within the group were working toward the same goal individually. However, the concept of group cohesion needs to be considered. Group cohesion is that property that is inferred from the number and strength of mutual positive attitudes among members of the group. As the group becomes more cohesive, its functioning is affected in a number of ways. First, the interactions and communication between members increase. Common goals, interests and small size all contribute to this. In addition, group member satisfaction increases as the group provides friendship and support against outside threats.

Well is quiet simple, Google map applies the synergy concepts, using our cumulative cell phone data service to form a map around the world. How is this done, when we install Google map on our phones, we are always asked to allow Google map use our location, by allowing it means you have agreed to the terms and conditions once you click "Yes", at this point your phone will be included in the map, this provides information to Google map severs at the back end, by applying the location of all the cell phones in the world, this enables Google map to inform you about where there is traffic, direction to wherever you wish to go to in the would as long as there is a cell phone using internet data and more, that's the Power of Synergy...

After all these have being said, Synergy has its disadvantages, I have taken time to understudy all the scenarios and narrowed down to the two cases below

1. The negative aspects of group cohesion that have an effect on group decision-making and hence on group effectiveness. The risky shift phenomenon is the tendency of a group to make decisions that are riskier than those that the group would have recommended individually. Group Polarisation is when individuals in a group begin by taking a moderate stance on an issue regarding a common value and, after having discussed it, end up taking a more extreme stance.

2. Potential negative consequence of group cohesion is group think. Group think is a mode of thinking that people engage in when they are deeply involved in cohesive group, when the members' striving for unanimity overrides their motivation to appraise realistically the alternative courses of action.

Conclusion:
In all, Synergy in the automobile repair industry will bring about standards with respect to automobile repairs patterns, which favors the vehicle owner and ensures better enumeration for the technicians.

My Thoughts....
The Automobile industry in Nigeria remains one the most untapped industries with great potentials, this is evidenced by the continuous use of outdated diagnostic and repair patterns both in human resources and equipment respectively, due to poor synergy within the Technicians.

Please look for a good technician around your location that understands the use of diagnostic tool before you replace any sensor. Alot of factors can cause high fuel consumption, so you need to be sure before you start spending money. Run a detailed diagnosis first.

The article is knowledge based mainly for Autodaignosticians.
The article is basically talking about what your mechanic needs to do before attempting to loose any part from your vehicle, if the vehicle is year1996 and above. The era of loosening every part of the vehicle just to locate a fault is gone for good. All vehicles after 1996 comes with a communication path that makes it easy for technicians to communicate with the vehicle via the scanners. Please note that scanners don't fix Automobile problem, it only gives the technician a repair direction.
The second part of the article talks about the reaction that takes place in your engine while the vehicle moves. The by product from this reaction is the main reason why the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in California insisted on the introduction of a monitor system in the vehicle that monitors & controls this by products technically called Emissions or Exhaust gases. This gave birth to Automobile Diagnosis with the aid of scanners. Hope this is fair enough.

1. Verify the customer complain, simulate the scenarios that would cause the complain real time. Don't start by disassembling or testing until the fault have being narrowed down to systems, sub-systems or components.
2. Analyze the affected component schematic diagram after narrowing down the complain to a system, sub-system or component, look up the schematic diagram and electrical circuit of the components, confirm how it was designed to function and confirm the circuit integrity. Based on the symptoms and your understanding of its functional design, identify the possible cause.
3. Isolate the affected component, test there circuits and confirming functional parameters by design.
4. Fix the affected components applying manufactures repair pattern.
5. Ensure the affected components circuits works, by testing all the repaired components as specified by the manufacturer. If these steps are meticulously followed during diagnosis, your fix is sure.

They react in the presence of nitrogen oxides and sunlight to form ground-level ozone, a major component of smog. Ozone irritates the eyes, damages the lungs, and aggravates respiratory problems. It is our most widespread and intractable urban air pollution problem. A number of exhaust hydrocarbons are also toxic, with the potential to cause cancer.
NITROGEN OXIDES (NOx) Under the high pressure and temperature conditions in an engine, nitrogen and oxygen atoms in the air react to form various nitrogen oxides, collectively known as NOx. Nitrogen oxides, like hydrocarbons, are precursors to the formation of ozone. They also contribute to the formation of acid rain.
Carbon monoxide (CO) is a product of incomplete combustion and occurs when carbon in the fuel is partially oxidized rather than fully oxidized to carbon dioxide (CO). Carbon monoxide reduces the flow of oxygen in the bloodstream and is particularly dangerous to persons with heart disease.
Carbon dioxide does not directly impair human health, but it is a “greenhouse gas” that traps the earth’s heat and contributes to the potential for global warming. These are the reasons why they are termed as not being Environment friendly and needs to be controlled.
In automobiles because the substances emitted are not Environment friendly, systems are designed by the manufacturer to monitor and control them. This is made possible by the use of SENSORS and ACTUATORS. Since components in automobiles are designed to function with certain parameters and have thresholds which are environment friendly, it is very easy to monitor the functionality of these components via a reference table(ECP/PCM or Brain box as we call it locally). We will be looking at the components that make up the emission control system, there generic functional parameters, there principle of operations, there defects, how they affect the emission system and how the aid in controlling emission.
The Systems, Sub-systems and Components are: Catalyst, Oxygen sensors, Mass airflow meter sensor, Manifold absolute pressure sensor, Air intake temperature sensor, Idle air control valve, Positive crankcase ventilation, Throttle position sensor, Evap system, EGR system just to mentions few. Though we will discuss all and relate them.

The PURPOSE of the mechanic is to make as much money of you as possible if not he will be out of business. He will play every trick in the book to play dumb. And just when you think he is no good, he will suddenly solve one pressing issue in your car. Hence you get to pay him GRATEFULLY, for that which he has done.
You are the dumb ass. In Europe, people buy repair manuals and fix the cars themselves. Be prepared to pay with your Arm and Leg the moment you take your car to the mechanic and stop forming Professor wet no get job.

Well its nice to have read all your comments, but the interesting thing here is that automobile manufacturers have moved on, while most vehicle owners in Nigeria refuse to do same. Mechanics are dirty while working because of the nature of their job. The problems we are having in the automobile repair industry are mostly caused by the vehicle owners, most of them don't know anything about their vehicles and when you try to explain to them, they say you are a CHEAT. Thank God the automobile repair industry in Nigeria has started embracing the advancement in automobile technology , In a very short while things will fall into place.
