Why not focus on developing yourself, creating value while you learn?

Consider free Diagnosis. Watch youtube videos. From free scans learn about code interpretation. Along the line you grow and develop to a level you can now confidently begin to charge for Diagnosis services.

it might be an electrical problem. check the switch, the wiring, the motor and fuses.
