I bought Samsung Galaxy A30 not withstanding the negative reviews. I can confirm that the phone is awesome. No proximity sensor issue, fingerprint sensor working perfectly, the camera is very good, I compared it with Huawei Y9, the speakers are loud enough. I bought 10D tempered glass to protect the screen yet the phone is very light in weight.

Anyone who is interested in this phone should go ahead n buy it as it's a very good phone. I charged last since yesterday n I am still using it without need to recharge. The fast charging rocks. It went from 67% to 100% in abt 35mins.

I recommend this phone to anyone who cares about a quality phone. Samsung indeed did not disappoint.

This is very apt and very detailed. Your review is top notch. I was torn in between Huawei Y9 and this Samsung A30 but I think I would go for A30 now. Screen durability has been my fear for not using sammy products. Thanks again.

I got it, A30 Samsung, delivered last Friday. Battery is great. D camera 'was' good as I took a few pictures before I saw an update.
I noticed after d update, d Camera became excellent, as in, excellent.
I went for d tempered glass today, ppl in d shop were wowed by d camera quality.
The Internet and GPS are excellent too.

I was using Infinix Note 4 before getting it. It's like beauty and d beast. I ve not seen d Redmi or Huawei phone shaa.

One more thing, I have never seen such a clear display before in my entire life. All other phones should copy AMOLED display...

Wow I also use infinix Note 4 and you know the cam on that phone too is superb. My phone is so strong no issues at all. It will be 2 years by July. So I'm torn in between Huawei Y9 and Samsung A30. I know Samsung phones are so fragile and have expensive screens that's the reason I'm scared of buying it.

I just bought mine from this gadget store named "PLAY" in ibadan... The phone came out of the box when rubber casing for the back... I've not tested the earpiece tho... The charger feels solid and is quite fast... The display is smooth and very clear...the AI camera is worth the hype... And the user interface is awesome as well especially with the option that enables you to hide the notch.. no complaints about the phone so far...

What part of Ibadan? Mokola, ring road, Iwo road or dugbe? Then can you oblige us with a detailed honest user review of this phone on the camera, battery usage, speed et al. Thanks.

Although it doesn't support fast charging, but it does charge fast, that I guarantee you. You can also go for the Samsung A30, it's a good phone.
