Email addresses organizer, to organize the emails according to different groups and categories,
what makes a group and what makes categories? give some examples

While email delivery time means programming when the emails will be delivered to the recipients (like bulk sms)
You cant schedule email delivery time, only sms and that is on the sms server. Email is instantaneous. the only thing one can do here is choosing to start sending emails at a particular time, but that will take albiet of my time, this second feature will not be included.

I can do virtually any website you need. the cost will depend on the feature.
to let me get fully the kind of website you need, you can either list all the features here and tell me how the website will work, or you can lookup several website with the same features/functionality and show them to me, you can chat with me at avosoftware @ yahoo . com

first of all i hope this software is not for illegal purposes?
secondly email software will work with smtp servers so the software is useless without one
no email software will send 10k email at a go, they usually send one at a time, although you can load all the emails
lastly if am going to develop the software, i will make the origin of the email traceable, just in case you use it for illegal purpose.
if you agree to these, ill have a look at it

Am not dropping it yet Taj313 , your program is quite involved ie i have to learn albeit arabic, something i never do (learning another language for programming purpose) , see the application.

Extract the zip file and run the setup

To use the application
Click on the icon on the desktop or program menu
you can paste a copied text or open any text file containing any text in any language.

2. give me sample output document (text file) that is, how the sample document above should look after the program has finished working with it.

attache both text files here, and if you do that, i will make a quick mockup (pictorial look) of the application and post here today if you reply quick

The document you are searching and replacing in , is this a txt document or which document will you be searching?
when you mean "search & assign", you mean "search and replace" right?
Lastly, the program will just search and replace, no need to load the document?

Can you give examples of what this software will be doing for example, lets say you need a program that solves mathematical expression, you can give a sample expression like y= 3x-3.

what numerical values; is it like like 1,2,3 , 10000 etc?
which Arabic characters will the numbers be assign; give examples?
is there any example of a software that does some of the features you need?
is the software a word processor?
