I believe you know what the right thing to do it, you did not ask because you don't know what to do, you asked because you wanted people to support the wrong thing you want to do.

This just goes to show that the "man of God" does not even believed in the God he profess to worship or talk about.

Jesus or his apostles did not guard himself/themselves with any weapon. When Peter used a sword, Jesus warned him saying

You need to know what love is, then the kind of love you are talking about. I am in love with at least two different most important people everyday of my life, and a few others.

So what is love?

Types of Love

So which love are you talking about.
Am guessing its Eros, the romantic love. if that is the case, then you must note two things.
First - this kind of love is not usually strong enough to keep you and your lover going for a long time. This love deals with your emotions, if you toil with it, the you will be quickly used to the word "Heart break". its like giving a thief a precious gift to keep for you, what will he do with it?

Secondly - if you must fall in love, it should not be in a hurry, of because of things that can quickly fade, e.g like money, beauty, fame, material things etc.
There is a biblical example of true love in the "Songs of solomon". There is a Shepard boy falling in love with a shulammite girl. The bible describe the girl as being a "wall", in what sense? She was not ready for a rush in relationship, so she told the boy to wait until she is ready despite that the boy would prefess his love for here everyday. how many girls would do that today.

The thing is most people have crush, not love. It all ends in sex, which the bible strongly condemns, and after that, thats the end of that crush. Crush quickly fades away, sonner or later, but true love does not come easily and never fade until death.

If you must fall in romantic love with a woman or man, make sure its not just to have sex (or else you will have disobeyed God), but with marriage in view.

And if you must date or court this person,it should be without anything sex or related until you are properly married

JW (Jehovah's Witness?) are Christians who follow bible based beliefs to the letter.
Most people have odd view about them, but the real reason is that they uphold bible principles. for example they don't preach Do not fornicate and yet the do in secret.

If you must marry anyone, definitely their religious will be a problem if you don't share the same beliefs. Take for example you want to marry a Muslim, how will that work out?.

JW follow the admonition found at 1 Cor. 7:39 which says in part "marry only in the Lord"

Contrary to what others have been saying, the simple and quick answer is Yes God approves dating , but wait  when you say dating, what exactly do you mean?

Dating - it usually refers to the act of meeting and engaging in some mutually agreed upon social activity in public, together, as a couple. (wikipedia).

Courtship -A period during which a couple develop a romantic relationship, esp. with a view to marriage. (wikipedia).

boyfriend - A boyfriend is a person's regular male companion in a romantic and/or intimate relationship, although normally not in long-term committed (e.g. marital) . (wikipedia).

girlfriend -  A girlfriend can refer to female partner in a non-marital romantic relationship .(wikipedia).

If the first two is what you are asking about, then YES God approves it. But note that even these can become disapproved once sexual-relation or similar is involved. Sex is a thing for only legally married couples. (Matthew 5:28). for the fact that you see everybody doing it does not mean that it is right. Many people steal, but it does not make it right

As for the last two, the answer to your question is NO. (1 Corinthians 6:9)

These laws are for our own protection, i guess if people adhere to these laws, there will be fewer or not sexually transmitted disease, motherless or fatherless children. etc

think twice before you indulge in sex.

[li]Can you honestly present him, to you parent and they will be ok that at least he's mature enough?[/li]
