should signify.

Good day to you all, please can a servings Corp member get a job without NYSC
certificate & posting to level 8 or 7/2

Secondly, according to rules & Regulations guiding federal civil service commission, let's
saying someone received APL in the month July within 2 Or 3 months later he received another APL in another agency or ministry, is he /she have access to resign,
If possible what's are criteria?

No. NASENI will recruit a lot. New offices are being opened in Cross River, Nassarawa etc
