They said once they start their meeting, u can't leave or come into the estate regardless of your purpose for movement

use to have the same problem, I solved mine by reflashing Android one lollipop and then manually upgraded to Marshmallow 6.0 that's how I solved it for myself, and I noticed that manual flashing marshmallow 6.0 is far better than the OTA.... Just my opinion.
