Hello everyone! I uploaded my statement of result on WES website long before my transcripts got to Canada. But surprisingly, they just sent a mail today that my certificate is still pending. I'm confused.

Did u use their new upload option? If so, try faxing it instead. Happened to someone I know.

You need the certificate to apply for your transcript from CIIN.they won’t prepare your transcript without your certificate, so u need it first.

For those writing CIIN.... you should know your certificate won’t be ready until next year February.

Please how long did it take them to acknowledge receipt? Mine got to Canada on Monday and I've been checking my tracking number on their site and they keep saying they've not received it.

I read something on their page that documents received by 20th July would be processed by 31st. Wait till 31st and if nothing still, you contact them

For how long? Mine was stuck on same status for 2 weeks, called them and sent mails to them. Even sent messages on Twitter. They’ve updated it and given completion date.
