We organise free medical outreach for both young and old. We have a team of qualified health personnel and volunteers that work effectively for the community health and care.

Our projects include:

-Treatment of malaria.

-Providing treated mosquito nets.

-Feee tests.

-Free health checkups.

-Free drugs (Anti-Malaria, Multivitamins, Antibiotics etc)

-Counselling & Consultation for the community.

Our vision is to ensure that everyone is the community. Both young and old alike get a basic health facility both now and in the future and to also ensure that all medication and healthcare facilities are given our freely.

Our mission is to have a disease free society thereby ensuring we reach out to the less privileged. Both in the urban and rural communities that cannot afford to get healthcare services.

About the founder:

Mrs. Chibuzor Chioma Charity hails from Ideato South LGA of Imo state Nigeria. She studied community health care in the city of Jos.

Her passion for a healthy community where families or individuals with little or no means to acquire good healthcare services fall suck everyday. Birthed the flow of these projects steadily.

With over 5yrs of experience in projects execution. Supplies and deliveries. She has a team of qualified personnel who are passionate and supportive towards the actualization of a health community.
