Fayvourh: Do not print your application form, and do not use the “signature panel” button at the top of the application. Save the form and then upload it to your MyCIC account. After you upload all required forms, a “Next” button will appear below your uploaded documents. After you click the “Next” button, you will be prompted to enter your name and answer a security question (these two steps are your electronic signature). Applies to documents with the validate button too. you can review this as well...http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=740&top=23
hope it helps!!! Thanks but i'm doing the paper route. |

ayooluwatoni: Would be good if you can get a letter of intro from your employer.....letter of employment may not be sufficient as many things could have happened between when you were employed and now. If however you cannot get intro letter, you may have to faith your Employment letter, pay slips and your salary account....and then hope for the best.... Thanks a lot. I'll think it through and decide on what's best. |

o2: Wo, i had the sme issue so had to use my head of department, my department has its own letter head. So if you can try that. Amother way is using your hr/admin head. it doesnt have to be your MD. You can even type the letter and get either of your ogas to sign. My organization isn't structured that way but i'll find a way around it. Thanks |

bjmme: you need to develop yourself....you can't be in one spot till eternity.....explain to your HR if you have....that is what I did even when I have not applied...no study leave for me as well, but my Hr said he will state it in reference letter....which is ok,that is what you intend to pursue and no one should stand in your way,if not convinced with this... pray to your God before you will table it before them Hmmm. Thank you! |

bjmme: Discuss with your HR,tell him/her about your move, you need to improve on yourself,in the letter of reference he/she will state the duration of your program. Can you kindly explain what you mean by me improving on myself. The reason why I don't intend to inform my employer is just for me to safeguard my interest against eventualities if you understand the point i'm trying to make. |

Hello guys, there is an issue bothering my mind concerning my application. I am currently employed an I intend to disclose it in my application but I doubt if my employer will give me a letter of reference and I don't even intend to inform my employer of my plans till I get my visa by God's grace. I need advice on what to do. My contract of employment does not make provisions for study leave so I don't know if I can just attach my letter of employment and pay slips without a letter from my employer. I need expert advice biko. |
