Marshal Bernard and Gloria Patricks: Setting the Records Straight

Against the spate of rumours, claims and counter claims on the circumstances surrounding the cancelation of the wedding between our friends Marshal and Gloria, we are constrained to make this official statement to clear all doubts and set the records straight as follows:

1. That Marshal and Gloria had a flourishing relationship which led to the man (Marshal) proposing to Gloria on Sunday 30th September 2018. The relationship was modeled according to Bible standards and by choice and in accordance with Biblical instructions, they agreed NOT to have any sexual relations up until their wedding day.

2. That after series of meetings by both families the traditional wedding was scheduled to hold on Thursday the 18th of April 2019, and the church wedding was fixed for Saturday, the 20th of April, 2019.

3. That after a little misunderstanding between both parties, Gloria, on Sunday the 14th of April, unilaterally canceled their wedding, stating that she and Marshal are incompatible, and as such, insisted that the wedding which was to hold in a few days be canceled.

4. That both Gloria and Marshal have massive respect and admiration for each other, and have at no occasion made any negative allegations against each other, as seen on social media.

5. That Gloria has NO younger sister, and the claim that Marshal had sexual relations with her younger sister is plain stupid. As a matter of fact, Marshal has at all times preached Bible tenets and could not have turned around to practice what he publicly stands against.

6. That both Gloria and Marshal are gainfully employed (one in a commercial bank, the other in one of the state Government House) and were financially transparent to each other.

7. That we have resolved not to make any further statement on this issue and we urge the public to respect their privacy as we continue to pray for their emotional well-being in these trying times. We therefore urge the general public to desist from further speculations and negative comments on this issue.

8. That all claims made in this statement are true and verifiable from both parties.

We brought you guys a developing story of a school teacher alleged to have sodomized about 22 pupils. Rant HQ blog can confirm that he has been arrested by the police. We reported earlier that the teacher in question, Adebayo Gbadebo was on the run for days after being sacred by the school. In an interesting twist, the said teacher has been arrested. After much pressure, the school officials handed him over to the police after they initially concealed the matter. He was arrested when he turned himself to the police accompanied by the lawyer. Education is the process of facilitating learning, or the acquisition of knowledge, skills, values, beliefs, and habits.
The passport to learning and getting learned it is.
Going to seek education in a school is part of the processes of Education.
But what happens when children sent to school to acquire knowledge are abused sexually in return? Abused by a teacher whose duty is to impart knowledge into these leaders of tomorrow?
This is the rot we found ourselves in this clime....When people meant to model us are the ones abusing us.
The story coming to Rant HQ blog is that of a teacher in Isolog Schools, Ojudu campus, Lagos Nigeria who has abused and still abusing female students of that citadel of learning.
How unfortunate he got away with this evil and devilish act? More unfortunate he was covered by the school authority until his victims got to 22?
22 female students, Yes 22 he forcefully defiled.
The teacher by the name, Adebayo Gbadebo was the School's Social Coordinator saddled with school's programs and events. As a result, the pupils were free with him and hovered round him. He would then use this responsibility to lay a bait for innocent students, lure them into his place and rape them in return.
The school authority is complicit in this grave sin as they allegedly covered him up without reprimand after being reported by some of the affected students.
The matter got to a twist when a 9-year old pupil summed up courage, reported him to her dad and made public his atrocious acts. The father in turn stormed to the school and queried why such would be allowed to happen in a school supposed to be a building ground for the innocent pupil.
As a result of this, more can of worms got opened with the wife of the randy teacher confirming his pervert ways as he has been doing that in the neighborhood for a while now. Little did she know he would take his nefarious acts to the school pupils.
The school Authority got him relieved of his job but failed to hand him over to the police, a move they did to protect the interest of their school. This is not only unethical but a lack of empathy on the part of the school.
Information reaching us confirms the randy teacher is at large at present.
There is evil under the sun we can safely assert here.
This is calling on Lagos State Government through the Ministry of Education to look into this rather annoying incident, take appropriate actions against the teacher, sanction the School hierarchy for condoning such acts by their staffs. The Government shouldn't just sanction the affected but make sure they are brought to book with the law.

All seems not to be well in Davido Label imprint as the record label boss, David Adeleke more known as Davido is no longer comfortable with rising star, Tobechukwu Victor Okoh more known as Peruzzi Vibes over what Davido termed as disloyalty and non-comformation with the bro-code on the part of Peruzzi. According to a source in the DMW crew who prefers to be anonymous, Perruzi allegedly entered Davido’s bad book as a result of Peruzzi’s knowledge of Chioma Avril Rowland (Davido’s Girlfriend) sexual escapades and unfaithfulness which Peruzzi seems to have knowledge of but prefers not to tell his boss. According to our source, Chioma has been unfaithful to Davido for a while now, dating men outside the shores of the country. This Peruzzi was aware of but choose to keep mum over it. Things got to a fix when Davido allegedly found out about Chioma’s movement from an outside source with the source telling Davido to ask Peruzzi for more details. Davido actually confronted Peruzzi but the half-hearted response from the latter irked Davido who was said to blow out his frustration about Peruzzi’s betrayal. The source further intimated us that Davido is keeping tabs on Chioma’s movement for now before confronting her. Peruzzi Vibes has been an integral part of DMW as he writes 90% of Davido’s songs with Assurance, Fia among other tracks he singularly wrote for his boss, Davido. The above could be said of popular human right police officer, fraud interloper and above all, the distinguished African Union Police Coordinator. Remi Adeoye is neither a new face in the Police Force nor a new name to people who may have benefitted from his activism.

Known for his bluntness and never-say-die attitude in busting crimes against humanity, Remi Adeoye has carved a niche for himself not only as a sophisticated and committed law enforcer but the fact that he does it with finesse makes it all the more interesting. This could be attested to by many who may have come in contact with him one way or the other. It is little wonder therefore, that the Police Service Commission on the recommendation of the Inspector General of Police, Mr Mohammed Adamu added another feather to his cap as He is now Deputy Commissioner of Police. Many are not surprised with his meteoric rise to the top as former ACP Remi Adeoye has through the years represented what could be the shining light in the hitherto maligned Police Force. Taking to his Facebook page to break the news, he wrote;

I am happy to inform you that the Police Service Commission, on the recommendation of the Inspector-General of Police, has approved my promotion to the rank of Deputy Commissioner of Police. The promotion was backdated to last year.
