How old is your PayPal account?
Just 2 months. Registered it in January when I joined QA transcribing

Your account is not limited, it's only says you've reached your withdrawal/receiving limit.

Possible Cause: You most probably haven't verified(linked an ATM card) the account. If that's the case, then link a card and see what the outcome would be.
Thanks for the reply, but I already linked my Africard and even use it to withdraw before. What else could have happened

It's a minor issue. How much do you have left on the account?
I have just $10. Not bothered with the money there. Just want to know if there is anything I can do before I open another account

Check your PayPal email.
Nothing in the mail that has to do with verification.

Have you witness anyone that escape this withdrawal limit of a thing?

I don't know, you may get limited. Why don't you verify and free your funds?
How do I verify?

You can't move funds an inch from a limited PayPal
That means I should just open another account. Can I transfer fund from a new account without linking any card?

Hi guys. I know Africard do not allow withdrawal for now. But this is what I am seeing when I click withdraw on my PayPal account.

Then after clicking on lift limit, it took me to the page in the second image. Does this mean my account is limited?
And if yes, can I transfer fund from the PayPal account to another PayPal?
