Same issue over here. I think they only accept scanning of the hardcopy and that is at the embassy already

Since you sent your appeal via mail, send them an email to confirm that they have received your appeal.
provide the application umber and other details.

Okay thank you for that and now I feel like I have done something wrong cause I couldn't register on the portal initially during my main application and now my mind dey up. Sorry, is there anything else that's supposed to be done on that portal

On the immigration portal, under status, it updated to "Appeal received" about a week after DHL delivered it.

Renny pls, how was your appeal acknowledged?
Cause I sent the appeal through DHL on 22nd and was delivered on the 23rd but I never did get any acknowledgement mail

Submitted my appeal since early September. They acknowledged receipt 12th September and I'm still waiting till now
