REFUND POLICY
FULL REFUND: If the project has not yet started then the client may request a full refund.

PARTIAL REFUND: A 50% refund may be requested up to 7 days after receiving the initial draft(s).

NO REFUND: Once the initial drafts have been approved, or revisions are made per client request, client will no longer be eligible for a refund.
