mail them with the correct name..and it will be changed in less than 24hrs. I made related mistake, in fact it was the entire names. I just checked it now and discovered that it has been rectified.

Note: mail them with your scholastica mail or if you won't be using that... put your scholastica email in the mail.

So unilorin is like my school(uniben),students are als treated like slaves even from ordinary portal,I could remember 2013 when a 200level law student was stripped naked coz he went out of the hostel with just boxer..........

We have three boxes to be filled with the figures 1,2,4,5,6 without replacement. The last box only has 2 choices 1 and 5.
So, if the last box is 1, then we feed the other two boxes with 4 figures. No of ways this can be done is 4P2=12
Occurence= 4P2*2=24.
Sample space is 5P3=60

probability = 24/60=2/5.

Three digit numbers re formed from the digits 1,2,4,5,6. If repetition is not allowed and a number is picked at random, find the probability that it's a multiple of 5 or an odd number.

From my calculations, I got 2/5 but the text says it's 3/5. Who is wrong?

..total number of sample spaces 5p3....or....make 3 boxes..to form 3 numbers,let any of the 5 numbers go into the first box,after then,let another number go into the next one which will be 4 then the last one which is 3....so,5*4*3=60...............for numbers which end with 5..make 3 boxes..for a number to end with 5,it means the last digit is 0 or 5,we only av 5 in the question,thenm the last box will take the 1...which means only one number can fit into the box which is 5,then the first number will take 4 and the second 3...=4*3*1=12....for odd numbers....the last number must be odd,the 2 odd numbers in the questions are 1 and 5,then the last box will take 2 and the first box will take 4 and the second one 3,therefore 4*3*2=24.....probability that it's a multiple of 5 or an odd number=12+24=36......therefore.p=36/60=3/5.......
