We have gotten our packet but whenever we check the website, it says there are no appointments dates available.

I am currently processing the K1 visa but I have been having issues with getting and scheduling appointment dates.
Does anyone have a tip that I can use to get an appointment date. Also, can I call the embassy to schedule one?.
