As for the 32/64 bit issue, the engineer installed 32 bit windows. Unless u have a special reason for using 64-bit windows, it's no big deal.

If what you said is correct, then you need to ask the technician if he removed one of the RAM sticks in your motherboard during troubleshooting. Or the Ram was not properly installed in its slot , hence your computer not recognizing it. Installing a fresh operating system doesn't reduce RAM size.
As for the 32-bit operating system you observed , the technician you gave it to installed 32-bit instead of 64-bit windows.
Hence, if you are tech savvy and can locate where your RAM is located in the motherboard of your laptop, check to see the size of the Ram there.
Remember to remove battery and unplug charger when removing and replacing RAM sticks

I thought as much, operating system change shouldn't affect RAM size,was just funnily baffled

Bringing Costa back is not the solution, he is not bigger than Chelsea. There is no problem with Morata(it was his first game for goodness sake!). We need more signings, one RWB,LWB,Attacking midfielder will do,

I feel your pain guy. I also agree with you that it was rather strange for a defender and a goal keeper to take the first two penalty kicks in a competitive match where a trophy was at stake. But frankly speaking, penalty is not a Chelsea game. As a Chelsea fan, I can't remember the last time we won a game on penalties. And this is really a cause for concern. The moment Pedro sent himself off and the resulting free kick brought the equaliser, I knew we have lost the community shield. I knew the best we could do with a man down is to avoid conceding another goal for the remainder of the game, then go into penalty shoot out and loose honorably. But the poor selection, strange ABBA method and awful kicks from Courtois and Morata didn't allow us to loose honorably. We ended up being embarrassed 4-1 in the kicks and it is almost certain that we are in for a long season. But for God's sake stop reminding us about that beast called Costa. He had a rotten attitude and was a bad egg in our team. Even if our present strikers won't score any goal this season, I don't regret losing that beast.

while unpacking it displays"unarc.dll returned an error code 6" when it gets to 88%
the stuff installed straight up on another PC I tried it on
I copied d game and it's files from d PC it worked on buh whenever I open it,it says the game is not installed
I downloaded a file dah registered it and now it doesn't display that error,when it displays dah "your pc doesn't meet d minimum requirements" stuff and I click ignore
it shows like it's about to start and then it say it has stopped working
My PC meets d requirements,and I have all d DLL files in the appropriate folders,I checked for updates for my drivers and I certified dah they're up to date
