First of all... Nigeria constitution is a rigid one.. it takes months to amend otherwise a lot of people including Obasanjo would have changed it to their favour

Section 2 of the Nigeria constitution states that Nigeria shall be an indivisible state

I don't think that can be amended easily

Yes very true, since independence the north has always beennorth is favoured, its not my concern if their elite ensure their people don't move ahead. Just go to kaduna state and count the number of federal government presence you will weep for Niger deltans who are still sleeping and allowing propaganda to cover their eyes.
