There was this girl on Sunday, her height was 1.61 or so, she now came and said, her director (a director in EFCC) asked her to see someone so she can get to the next phase of the screening. The man simply told her if she had told the Director her height, she said No. All he said to her was, if her height was up to 1.63 he would have helped, 1.61

My Comrades, Paragon needs ur advice. Abt an hour ago, i got a text msg 4rm RECRUITMENT saying my screening has been moved to 2nd of Nov. instead of 7th and there is NO PROVISION FOR ACCOMMODATION. My challenges are: (1) My height is 1.66m (2) I am yet to make arrangement for accommodation (3) Abt 15mins aftr i got their text, i got a msg 4rm a place (Private Audit Firm) i went 4 interview on friday saying i shuld resume tomorrow.
My guys, wat do u think i shuld do? Forfeit the new appointment and gamble (my height is nt up to wat is required) or let go of d EFCC screening?

Typical Nigerian recruitment. If the aptitude test had been used as yardstick for shortlisting, the number of candidates should not be up to 2000. In PH screening Centre, DS guys were just a little above 300. So let's assume it was 300 round the 6 geopolitical zones, we should be having about1800 for medicals. I was shocked to see 2700 or so on the list. Now they are wasting candidates time and transport fare together with putting people's life at risk. I haven't even made up my mind to attend or not.

Tomorrow would carry the blood sugar test and give Blood and urine samples .

I weighed 77.3kg some weeks back, I have been working out for two weeks now, so I expect my weight to be less, however my height is 1.76 metres .
Follow the steps below and u will know what your BMI is.
= Wight divided by height in metres twice .

Bmi=77.3/1.76=43.92
=43.92/1.76=24.95
Bmi=24.95

please bear in mind that there would be fitness test before you can be allowed to take part in the medicals, as stated on the Pdf document. try to do alot of fitness with the little time you have. make sure you dont over do it.

Its quite funny how most of these military apparatus issue out a specific height and kinda laughable that some of there staff never measure up to that height, then I begin to wonder how they scaped through screening and the likes.

I knw of a guy who is about to graduate from the NDA, this guy has a flat foot. with flat foot, you should not be anywhere close to being a officer, welcome to my country where the rules does not apply to certain individuals.

Info I'm getting from my source is, The Nigerian Navy conditions given to allow EFCC Recruits train with them were high, as such There might be a diacontinuance for other cadre to use the Nigerian Navy training facility. There is a possibility that the EFCC might carry out the training themselves for other Cadres, however this seems less likely to happen as they don't have the space to carry out such training.
