If someone help you to complete your registration on your behalf, how can you check for the states chosen?
Can it still be rectified?

Also, what can be done above?

Everybody should please contribute o

But it's possible tho!

Btw, you people should kindly give us an idea of how the CUN looks like. Where there is 3- 7 numbers just write the first and last numbers and asterisk the middle one.

Very good and congrats on your successful finger capturing as that is the most problematic task even since B15 registration era.

Just keep us posted about your 4 States of Choice experience so that we can monitor their activities this time around still just like ayosco2008 mentioned KANO, KWARA, EDO AND EKITI. I guess I'm correct though and from the feelers around the country now, the Northern states seems to be readily available for now since they wouldn't want a bombardment of their server again this time as B15 was basically ended unofficially in less than 2 weeks
Kwara kano, delta and ekiti. Edo is not even on the list

I tell you Brother and the available states for now could be the 3 Northern zones and may be South Eastern zone since only ENUGU is the most wanted there

For the first 2 choices. You have to pick North.. That's was what are up for me. I had to pick kwara and kano. The 3rd and forth I had to pick ekiti and delta.. There's no edo or enough or oyo and others on the list.. Just ekiti and lag.. It's a shoker

Kbs468:

The 4 choices to be made now have even dabaru everything sef and I believe it's because of those that ended up being posted outside their 3 choices during B15 ni oo, so that no one would complain about that this time around all because Southern PCMs were just picking southern states while Northern PCMs were also busy selecting Northern States.

Just like PCMs of southern Origin from Northern schools were also busy picking Southern States not until majority were indirectly forced away from their Zones since most opposite zones are usually the 3rd choices except for a few.

But wait oo, Are you sure No NYSC spy is in our midst? Because its as if this very decision was to catch us unaware since it wasn't even pronounced officially on any of their outlets

And it is certainly a counter action against our subtle and straight forward analysis of the posting mechanism we have been breaking down here on this City since last year until we took a break from it.

Mhen. It's a shocker.. Peeps r gonna be surprised with states dats gonna be available

Brother I am not in particular kicking against your point of view oo and infact check your mention now because I would mention you in my other response and that of LogoDWhiz as presented in the picture column to Dudecollins's theory in corroborating your point of view as expressed above but WHAT I AM EMPHATICALLY REFUTING NOW FROM YOUR UNDERSTANDING MY POST IS THE USE OF THE WORD 'EQUALLY' IN THE DISTRIBUTION OF PCMS FROM THE SAME SCHOOL. I am not claiming EQUALLY but atleast more than 1 CM from the same school must be posted to all the camps available except for the Foreign Graduates.

Not also forgetting the total number of Married female corps members that would be posted to either state of ORIGIN OR state of SCHOOL DOMICILE by virtue of the fact that their hubbies are resident in these states as the case may be.

Well I think I get it now. For sure at least 1 PCM form same school must be posted to all the camps. It's all good. I'd just advise peeps here not to choose state they don't wanna go to. There's equal chance of getting any state u choose.

Kbs468:

Bros, your submission above is COMPLETELY and I REPEAT, COMPLETELY FAULTY simply because

1. You did not give us the exact quota in terms of a CONCRET NUMBER given to your school

2. since no specific number, how did you come about 60%

3. You said NORTH, so NYSC people are so foolish that they don't know that North constitute 20 states including FCT to have given 30% of UNIOSUN to TARABA alone and the remainder of 30% to 19 other Northern states.

4. Infact, You even said 'In b15 batch, 60 percent of my School mates got North.. And let's SAY out of the 60 percent that got North, Half of us got Taraba' which simply means, YOUR CONCLUSION IS NOT BACKED BY FACTS AND FIGURES.

Modified:

Let me briefly let you into what I intended hearing from you thus:

In my school, last year, or for Batch B15 to be precise, 2000 was the quota given to us BUT MY SCHOOL REFUSED TO COMPLETE THE NUMBER BY ONLY OPTING TO MOBILISED ONLY PCMS WITH Year 09 JAMB ADMISSION NUMBERS INCLUDING THE AWAITING LIST CANDIDATES FROM A15 AND C14 AS WELL AS THOSE WHO HAD 1ST, 2ND OR SESSIONAL SPILL OVER WITH US THE year 10 JAMB ADMISSION NUMBERS even when our results were ready.

And this Batch A16, 2500 has been allotted as quota because in the history of the school, our Set is the most populated with a close figure of 5,000 that actually graduated b4 our immediate successors overtook us in the total on admission during entry level and surely a higher number are poised to graduate and get set for mobilisation while others reduced in numbers which accounted for the suspension of the VC by the STATE HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY LATE LAST YEAR BECAUSE MOST OF THE INDIGENES COULDN'T SECURE ADMISSION SUBSEQUENTLY.

Again, MissOyin made me to understand that 500 was alloted her University for B15 but 200 of them graduated and only 50 were mobilised from her set while excluding her for no reason since the quota was not even met because 300 were actually mobililised.

MissOyin, pls come and clarify this figures because I believe that I stand to be corrected on my the figures I gave about your school above.

Well I might know the exact figures of student that were mobilized.. But what I can accurately and firmly tell u is that most students got North..

Now let me give u some reasons why I think the sharing of students in a school equally to camps might be wrong..

1. During reg, as states start to fill up it disappears from d drop down list... Well it might not be filled up 100% but it will surely dissappear..

2. What we all noticed during reg was that and I will like u to take note, after the first 3 days, lagos and abj got filled up and these two were d first to be taken away from d drop down list.. Dey never appeared again even while some states showed up again after the first week. Note that "some". Cox some states also did not show up again.

3. Now let me narrate my own personal experience. I did my reg on d 5th day around 11pm. On this 5th day.. Peeps were already afraid cos states kept disappearing and we were left with just 10 states. Mostly Northern.. This gave to the rise of most students being posted to the north. That same day when I was about to do my reg, I was left with only borno, Taraba, yobe, adamawa, gombe, kebbi... I was only able to choose just Taraba and kebbi. I got Taraba eventually Cox of d geo political zone rule.. Same with some other peeps

Now what I will what u to note is that had it been there was a rule that says students must be shared equally to camps or let me say there's the rule and it was followed.. Most students will get other states no matter thier choice just to fulfil that rule.. And I can bodly tell u that people that got lag or abj in my school were very few just because of late registration..

In the 2nd week of camp. Some states came back and peeps choose it but they were posted to stream 2.

This whole analysis is just what I observed it's neither from an nysc staff or anything. It's just to share my point of view. And I respect your point of view also. But I just feel that rule does not hold. The states u r able to choose at the point of reg is what u will get irrespective of what ur mates choose.

Dudecollins!

Is your theorem proven and tested?

There are some loopholes in the theory though!

Firstly, if a particular school students decide to register in block(in mass) at a particular time, and they all choose a particular state, and let's say the state is available, So you mean to say that all of them will get Lagos?
Do you know that NYSC actually spreads PCMs from a school across other zones, they don't want an influx of Corp Members from same school in a particular state.

Moreso, your theory didn't take into cognisance the degree of PCMs.
Do you also know that, NYSC actually spreads PCMs across other states according to grades, so that a region won't have too much of First Class, Second Class Upper, Lower, Third Class in a particular state?

Do you also know that NYSC tends to post South to North and North to South?

There are so many technicalities involved that is beyond your algorithm.

#peace!

Happy Sunday everyone.

This particular theory about spreading PCM of a particular equally across the camps, I seriously doubt it... In b15 batch, 60 percent of my school mates got North.. And let's say out of the 60 percent that got north, half of us got Taraba..... School is uniosun. So I seriously doubt that theory. What I know is that u can get any state. No mata how many of ur school peeps are in that state. My view dou
